The Correctional Officer Trainee position, for a period not to exceed three months, will receive formalized and on-the-job training in security and custodial duties for IDOC. Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to be physically fit at the level required at screening prior to arrival at the Training Academy. Upon successful completion of Pre-service Security Training, IDOC cadets will participate in a formal ceremony at the academy and cadets are awarded certificates and badges and sworn to the Oath of Office.

Job Responsibilities
Receives eight weeks of formalized pre-service security training at the Illinois Corrections Training Academy including firearms training due to requirements mandating qualification.
Receives on-the-job training under immediate supervision of a qualified correctional employee.
Assigned each work week to another correctional employee to assist in running lines, yard, dining room, housing units, facility buildings, writs, observing individuals in custody, perimeter patrol, armory, counting, shakedowns, movement, etc.
Travels by using a state issued vehicle to complete assignments.
Receives one week orientation at facility.
Given formal training in housing unit work, report writing, out-count work, yard work, running lines, individuals in custody at this institution and their assignments, chain-of-command, security buildings, disciplinary procedures, and any other training deemed necessary.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of high school.
Requires elementary knowledge of resident behavior problems.
Conditions of Employment
Requires completion of a pre-service security training course during trainee period.
Requires successful completion of a firearms training course and learn the proper use of firearms during trainee period.
Requires a valid appropriate driver's license and the ability to travel statewide.

SELECTION AND APPOINTMENT: A selection committee will evaluate the qualifications of each applicant which will include recentness and appropriateness of the applicant's education and experience, answers to the supplemental questions, results of employment references investigated and any other appropriate information available. The selection committee will admit to the interview only those persons who possess the most job related qualifications and may establish admittance criteria beyond the minimum qualifications stated above.
Responses provided to the interview questions listed under the Supplemental Question heading of this posting will comprise 100% of the applicant's earned grade. Evaluations within the department will comprise of timed tests conducted at the Justice Center in Clayton on desktop computers. The first test will take approximately forty minutes and assess basic mathematic and grammatical skills as well as judgment as applicants are tasked with providing responses to short, scenario-based questions. The second test which also takes approximately forty minutes involves report writing in that applicants will be shown a short video (during which time they are allowed to take notes) then write a brief summary. Applicants who successfully complete these evaluations within the department will be interviewed by Justice Services staff at a later date and be subject to background screening prior to hire.

Operational hours are seven (7) days per week hours, 24 hours daily including holidays; the selected incumbent will be assigned specific hours. The purpose of the Surveillance Operator position is to safeguard the assets of Kickapoo Casino by observing, monitoring and reporting on all gaming, non-gaming activities and any criminal activity. The Surveillance Operator will observe for possible violations of the Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS), Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma Gaming Ordinance Violations, and the Oklahoma Tribal Compact.
Essential Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities

2. Observes patrons and employees participating in gaming activities to detect infractions of house and policy rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the production of weekly actionable CI Cyber status reports (36 annually), ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual CI Cyber threat reports that fuse data from NGA technical CI teams, cybersecurity personnel, and the Intelligence Community.
Produce at least 9 Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) annually, coordinating with stakeholders to meet IC priority requirements.
Perform inquiries into anomalous activity using investigative tools (e.g., M3, Palantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, CCD, QLIX, TIDE, Criss Cross).
Provide CI technical expertise in support of CI inquiries, operations, and countermeasures.
Conduct all-source research, evaluation, and analysis of CI cyber threats, identifying trends, patterns, and vulnerabilities.
Deliver BLUF-driven intelligence products that meet NGA and IC standards for clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Liaise with internal NGA elements and external IC/DoD partners, including Insider Threat and Cyber Security Operations Centers (CSOC).
Support enterprise incident response by conducting CI cyber threat analysis, forecasts, alerts, and recommending countermeasures.
Mentor and train junior analysts, ensuring adherence to SOPs and production standards.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Minimum 11 years of Threat Analysis experience, including at least 5 years in Technical Threat Analysis or Cyber Investigations.
Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8570.01-M IA II certification within one year (vendor expense).
Proven expertise in Technical CI issues, including cyber and technical surveillance threats.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, clearly written intelligence products under tight deadlines.

Interviews individuals making reports of children in need of care or suspected adult abuse/neglect/exploitation through phone contact using in-depth interviewing techniques. Documents details from the interview in agency systems. Enters information into agency systems from faxes and other written documents received by the agency. Follows agency policy and will have working knowledge of the intake process, policies, and procedures.
Gathers additional information needed to make initial assessment decision from collateral contacts including, but not limited to, schools, law enforcement officers, physicians, other state agencies and other social service agencies within and outside of Kansas. Gathers available agency information on current or past involvement with PPS or other agency services.
Completes assessments and other documentation based off the information received through the intake process. Reviews all information from the reporter, assessments, past agency involvement and collateral contacts. Based on the review of information uses critical thinking for a decision on the acceptance of the report for assignment based on PPS Policy and Procedures. Adhere to agency expectations regarding completion of work and meeting agency outcomes of timeliness.
Completes a review of not assigned report. Reviews these reports for accuracy in assignment and notification to appropriate parties. Requirements
Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance
You have achieved the accomplishment of a Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of experience / Associate's Degree + 3 years of experience / 5+ years of relevant experience
You have gained a strong proficiency in GEOINT software and tools such as ArcGIS, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, QT Modeler, etc. for effective collection, processing, analysis, and delivery of geospatial intelligence.
You are highly capable of providing support with Helicopter Landing Zones (HLZs), Line of Sight, Viewshed analysis, etc. to provide accurate geospatial intelligence for safe landings, optimal surveillance, communication, and defensive positioning in order to maximize mission success by offering real-time, actionable insights into terrain and visibility.
You have experience and firm understanding of Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) / Pattern-of-Life (PoL) analysis in order to effectively track and analyze patterns of life, detect changes in behavior, and identify emerging threats.
You are mission-driven and thrive on participating in different overseas assignments and have a high ability to provide support for these missions with rotations lasting 2 to 6 months at a time.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Arnold, MO!
The Geospatial Analysts are required to support Vertical Obstructions (VO) program by extracting specific feature data in accordance with NGA data and product specifications. Activities involve data acquisition, data evaluation, data analysis, data entry, data application, quality control/assurance and product finishing.
Responsiblities include, but are not limited to:
* Collecting and validating features (points, lines, and areas), and complete product finishing
* Enter data using both manual and automated processes
* Analyze and validate data
* Extract features from imagery sources
* Work with large data sets, to include manipulation and formatting of data to meet specifications for database ingest
* Use previous knowledge of quality controls, quality management systems, and strategies to maintain the required level of work.
* Resolve feature discrepancies and conflicts
Basic Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of GEOINT experience with the below years being a part of the experience calculation
* GEOINT Education/Training in lieu of experience:
* Associate's degree can be substituted for 2 years.
* Bachelor's degree can be substituted for 3 years of experience.
* Master's degree can be substituted for 2 years.
* PhD can be substituted for 3 years.
* Professional certifications can account for 0.5 years.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of airfield infrastructure such as taxiways, runways, navigational aids, ATC tower, and hangers, to create AFD products.
* Working knowledge of feature collection (points, lines and areas), feature validation and finishing
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience with the following:
* PostgreSQL/PostGIS
* Sybase
* Working knowledge of Python scripting
* Other appropriate software to analyze geospatial data
* Experience in python and VBA scripting, extensive knowledge of POSTGIS Geodatabases, and ability to debug, rewrite, and align product finishing processes for current and future needs
* Experience in the activities (e.g. maintenance, data/database replication, performing queries, programming, validation checks, quality control, back/up/recovery) related to administration of computerized databases
* Knowledge of commercial imagery, products, processes and sensors
* Ability to harness all geospatial tools and techniques with available data to provide relevant and insightful intelligence
