Job Summary:
Reporting to the manager of Delivery & Operational Intel within Platform Software Engineering, the Sr. Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive initiatives that support the strategic growth and improve the efficiency and effectiveness for DE&E Technology globally. To be successful in this role this person should have advanced analytical, communication, and project management skills. They also must be resourceful, have a strong customer-service orientation, prioritize effectively in demanding environments, initiate solutions, and have advanced interpersonal skills. Additionally, this person will partner with key engineering, program, product, and financial leaders within our segment to enable seamless deployment of projects and execution of strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
Liaison between senior leaders within PDE for ongoing strategic team operations, standardize workflows and onboarding practices, and ensure leadership deliverables meet strategic objectives across all backend engineering platforms.
Establish clear internal communication hierarchies, systems/templates for inter-departmental procedural clarity.
Provide data-driven, procedural solutions to drive intelligence on the health of our services, deployments, and releases.
Partner closely across Engineering teams to build innovative systems and improve deliverable efficiency.
Be a credible and reliable advisor and partner on all things strategy and planning; be ready to act as a nimble team to quickly support executives on diverse types of problems, translating recommendations to results by executing on action plans.
Facilitate agile methodologies and introduce Engineering-driven problem-solving sessions (e.g. Monthly Innovation Friday) to encourage creativity & synthesis.
Develop internal training sessions, manage, and maintain onboarding practices to enrich the skill sets of all new hires and ensure release and deployment seamlessness across all technology studios and initiatives.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, ideally in a technology organization

The hiring range for this position in California is $117,100.00 - $156,900.00 year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Maintains security of the surveillance room and equipment by understanding policies and procedures of who may access the surveillance room and/or surveillance equipment. Responsible for maintenance of surveillance records and documents. Maintains the following logs: entrances/departures log from surveillance room, video archive library log, malfunction/repair log and daily activity log.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Must have casino industry experience.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in surveillance, security or police arena required.
* Familiarity with video surveillance equipment preferred.
* Familiarity with games under surveillance preferred.
* Ability to maintain alert attention to detail throughout the course of a shift.
* Ability to perform basic PC troubleshooting.
* Must be computer literate.
* Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
* Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
Physical and mental requirements
* Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 25 pounds.
* Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
