I have traversed the global economy while living and working in Chicago, New Orleans, New York, St. Louis, Brussels, Belgium, and Hyderabad, India. I believe management practices as we know them should largely be banished from planet earth and that only those organizations that are willing to do so will truly excel in the future-of-work.
