Heidi Parks, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Chief People Officer (CPO) of Intelligent Waves, LLC. In her role, she is responsible for defining and leading the company’s human resources strategy. Heidi has over 19 years in HR Executive leadership roles, designing, leading, and executing the delivery of scalable workforce solutions in alignment with strategic business goals across geographically dispersed organizations.

Heidi is a proven innovator, thought leader, and business partner, who drives people-centric solutions with strategic experience that spans multiple industries including High-Tech Start-Ups, Aerospace, Defense & Intelligence, Commercial Technology, and Fortune 100 companies. She has a proven track record of leading HR teams that maximize efficiency, drive engagement, and leverage integrated HR technologies to add value and deliver best-in-class HR strategies. She has earned her reputation as an effective change agent within organizations, known for revamping HR departments to become value-added trusted partners.

Heidi joins the Intelligent Waves team after serving for two years as Sr. Director/Head of People Operations for Spaceflight Industries (SFI), a Geospatial Intelligence & Data Analytics company focused on satellite imagery and on-demand intelligence offerings. In this role, Heidi led a redesign and rebranding of the company’s Human Resources department to become the “People Operations” team with the vision of transforming the employee experience at SFI by operating with a people-centric lens, which in turn established trust and confidence from employees and executives across the organization.

Heidi earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD, and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from the American University in Washington, D.C.

Heidi is also certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), the premier credentialing and learning organization for the human resources profession. Heidi is also certified by the Society of Human Resources Management with the designation of the Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Heidi holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Mason University and a certification in Performance Management Innovation (PMI) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).

As the CTO, Marqus Hutchinson has responsibility for establishing the Intelligent Waves’ technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development to include IT Department, Training, R&D, T&E, and VAR activities. Marqus brings over twenty years of experience in Technical Integration, Network Architecting, Data Center Design, Security, Telecommunications Operations, Mobility, and Daily IT Infrastructure Sustainment on an assortment of DOD and DOJ Programs.

Additionally, Marqus has served as the Program Manager, Chief Architecture Engineer, and Technical Solutions Architect for DOD and DOJ programs all over the world including such countries as Iraq and Afghanistan.

James Howell is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Intelligent Waves, with the responsibility for spearheading I&T strategy, innovation, modernization, and delivery in evolving current IT functions to mirror Intelligent Waves’ growth and strategic objectives.

James utilizing over 20 years of industry expertise, experience, and leadership working with clients such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of State (DoS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). He ensures the reliability, security, and ongoing development of IW’s technology platforms, tying corporate systems of record into a cohesive operating model that supports IW business functions and continued growth. Drawing on his vast operational experience, James works across the organization to lead IW’s global IT enterprise to deliver technology and data security solutions company-wide as an enabler to ensure continued excellent delivery to IW’s customers.

Prior to joining Intelligent Waves, James spent 23 years in the U.S. Army as an accomplished Air Defense Artillery and Signal Officer. His assignments include tours with NATO, Multi-National Forces-IRAQ, 3rd Mobile Armored Corps, 3rd Signal Brigade, and the 11th Air Defense Artillery Brigade.

James holds a BS from Eastern New Mexico University and maintains the following certifications: CISSP, CCNA, CCNA Security, CCDA, and Security+ CE

A financial executive with over 18 years of a proven track record in organizational leadership, with a heavy emphasis on financial planning and accounting systems. Has worked at government contractors, software startups and public accounting firms.

Jeff A. Ruszczyk is a Chief of Engineering at Intelligent Waves and is based in United States.

John Hammes is a Chief Strategy Officer at Intelligent Waves.

CFO/COO with progressive management and leadership experience in mid sized fast growing companies and turnaround situations. Big six background with expertise in strategic planning, finance, operations, administration, tax strategies, technology commercialization, profit and loss management, proposal strategies, new business development, mergers and acquisitions, business systems and controls and project management. Recognized leader in the business community with well-established business, political, and public policy connections.

Sebastian Shahvandi is a Chief Revenue Officer at Intelligent Waves. He has worked as VP/General Manager at IMPRES TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS and Dir:Federal Software Sales & Marketing at Dell Inc..

Tim Patterson is Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Intelligent Waves LLC. As an industry expert in federal strategic business development, Tim brings over 25 years of proven experience and oversees all aspects of Intelligent Waves’ continued growth and expansion.

Patterson joined Intelligent Waves after serving as Senior Executive at CACI in Washington, DC. During his tenure, he was honored with the Cybersecurity Executive of the Year award in 2018 by WashingtonExec.

Tim has extensive federal business experience in both the government and the private sector, growing revenues and profits year after year in the federal market. His expertise includes building strong management and technical teams, developing and maturing business operations, integrating solutions, and improving efficiency.

Patterson earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
