About the Role As Commercial Counsel with a focus on government contracts, you will serve as a key legal partner to xAI's business teams, providing strategic advice on federal, state, and local government contracting matters. You will support the company's growth in the public sector by enabling compliant, efficient pursuit and execution of government opportunities involving AI and advanced technologies. Substantial experience drafting and negotiating complex government contracts, with a strong understanding of FAR/DFARS compliance, cost accounting standards, and socioeconomic requirements. Proven track record advising on federal procurement processes, including GSA schedules, OTAs, and other innovative contracting vehicles. CYB counselors will be assigned to child development centers, youth programs, summer camps, and on demand assignments. First and foremost, your primary responsibilities will be as a Camp Counselor. As an Intern, you will be expected to fulfill your regular daily job responsibilities and it will be up to you to complete your internship responsibilities and to ensure that they do not interfere with your work obligations.
