RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provides therapy to youth and their families utilizing the Multidimensional Family Therapy and Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program models · Meets with families 1 to 3 times per week in the home, office, community and via telehealth · Supports families involved with the program in court, school meetings and with prosocial youth activities · Administers and collects pre and post-test measures for families involved with the program · Completes exams; writes weekly summaries and session plans; videotapes sessions according to model fidelity · Participates in weekly group and individual supervision · Attends community events and meetings as needed · Facilitates groups for teens and families when provided · All other tasks as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum degree: Master of Social Work (MSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Counseling · Either Provisionally or fully licensed (LCSW(A)) · Certified or willing to become certified in the Multidimensional Family Therapy model (MDFT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) · Bilingual (English/Spanish) · Must have reliable transportation for regular home and community visits · Experience working with families and youth · Highly effective organizational and time management skills · Strong adherence to model fidelity
