Essential Responsibilities:
Provides appropriate play activities for the ambulatory pediatric patient which assists in coping with their illness.
Assists children in the development of coping strategies through play, recreation, and art.

Encourage understanding and cooperation by providing non-medical preparation and support for children undergoing tests, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
Advocate for family-centered care.
Engage and energize children and families by coordinating special events, entertainment, and activities.
Consider the needs of siblings or other children who may also be affected by a childs illness or trauma.
Direct pre-admission hospital tours and resources, and consultations with outpatient families.
Support families confronting grief and bereavement issues.
Provide information and resources for parents and members of the interdisciplinary team.
Performs other related duties as directed.

The Family Centered Treatment Specialist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community, and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule.
Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Conduct ongoing revisions of Service Plan and is responsible for implementation of Service Plan.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
Make referrals to services and resources on behalf of the families and children.
Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports, and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
Ensure linkage to the most clinically appropriate and effective services including arranging for psychological and psychiatric evaluations.

Monitor and document the status of the consumer's progress.

The Legal Affairs and Claims Group in MIGA (known as "MIGLC") serves as the legal counsel for MIGA and the WBG Guarantee Platform and provides legal advice to IBRD/IDA, IFC and MIGA in relation to all guarantee operations. Key Relationships

* Have at least 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision or teaching.
* Skilled in one or more EBPs such as CBT, DBT, WRAP, or SUD/MAT programs.
* Comfortable in correctional or high-acuity behavioral health environments.
* Available for weekday and weekend rotations as needed.

About the Role
We're searching for a dedicated Addiction Counselor (CAC, LGPC, LGSW) to join our growing team of behavioral health professionals.
This isn't just a counseling role - it's an opportunity to make your impact count every single day. As an Addiction Counselor at PHRI, you'll walk beside individuals on their journey to recovery, empowering them to rediscover strength, rebuild confidence, and renew purpose.
You'll combine clinical skill with compassion, using evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care to help clients achieve sobriety, stability, and self-sufficiency.

What You'll Do
You'll serve as both guide and advocate, creating pathways for clients to reach recovery while fostering trust, safety, and respect.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Maintain an assigned caseload in accordance with COMAR and CARF regulations.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and interpretive summaries for new clients within 5 days of admission.
Collaborate with treatment teams to create individualized, person-centered care plans and regularly update them based on client progress.
Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions that promote healing and self-awareness.
Develop and oversee aftercare and follow-up plans, ensuring clients remain supported beyond discharge.
Coordinate care with Health Home and community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
Uphold meticulous documentation standards and compliance within PHRI's EMR system.
Empower clients with knowledge, accountability, and encouragement to sustain long-term recovery.
Serve as a beacon of empathy and professionalism, fostering trust and integrity in every interaction.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Current DC Licensure: CAC, LGPC, LGSW, or higher.
At least 2 years of experience providing SUD counseling or related behavioral health services (preferred).
Strong familiarity with ASAM criteria and evidence-based treatment models.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and healthcare software tools.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Summary:
Student employees will be assisting the Operations and Facilities team with all facets of AU Athletics facilities and operations needs.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with game day setup and breakdown, and customer service.
* Being a ball kid during games.
* Helping with the setup and breakdown of external events.
* Gameday support.
* Assisting with the concessions stand and concessions operations when needed.
* Other tasks as assigned or needed.
