Collaborate with foster and adoptive parents as members of the team to protect and nurture children and strengthen families. In collaboration with the team make decisions regarding permanency plans for children based on assessed strengths and needs. Identify and coordinate the activities of multiple service providers. Prepare reports and act as an agent of the agency with the court system. Plan for termination of agency services. Education / Experience/Other Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required. Clinical Licensure (LMSW/LCP/LMFT) preferred or must be license eligible and working towards licensure. Three years experience in child welfare preferred. Must maintain a valid driver's license.
