The therapist applies the Family Therapy (FFT) model in their work, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. The Family Therapy model is an in-home and evidence-based model that engages with families by demonstrating immediate responsiveness to their needs and maintaining a strength-based relational focus. Services will primarily be focused in the home and the community with in-office and telehealth available if needed. This position includes traveling to clients' homes and communities. QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Master's degree and professional licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc.). The ideal candidate will be creative, and flexible, have a high level of integrity, work well autonomously, and have excellent time management skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, and physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance. Salary: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 annually (Starting salary depends on education and experience) Bonus: $1000 of the sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the additional $1500 will be after 12 months of service.
