Supervision Training: Completed 8-hour supervision training and 3 hours of related continuing education.
Relevant Experience: Experience in evaluating and treating children with severe behavioral issues and autism spectrum disorder.
Background & Health Clearances: DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background clearance and TB clearance required.

While most of the after-hours crisis intervention involves phone consultation only, there may be times when the situation rises to the level where on-site intervention after-hours is necessary. The Intake Coordinator I conducts the initial evaluation of potential clients to assess their requirements for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, completes admission paperwork, and creates the initial Treatment Plan. They ensure a smooth transition for clients to their treatment team, ensuring that new clients are stabilized, and immediate needs are met. The Intake Coordinator I collaborates closely with counselors, case managers, therapists, and other team members to organize and oversee client concerns, make necessary referrals, and offer educational support.
