The schedule will vary based on the needs of the children served. A typical work schedule is from 10am -7pm. This team with utilize Functional Family Therapy as the primary mode of treatment. Training/experience with FFT and working with youth involved in Corrections is a plus. Position will remain open until filled. Johnson County has implemented a skill-based pay plan of up to $4200 annually for staff who have obtained licensure by the BSRB at the Clinical Level. Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is provided with the goal of maintaining severely emotionally disturbed youth in the most natural, least restrictive setting possible. The schedule requires evening availability. Services will primarily take place in the youth/families home, with an office location in Olathe. Evening availability is required. The schedule will vary based on the needs of the children served. A typical work schedule is from 10am -7pm. This team with utilize Functional Family Therapy as the primary mode of treatment. Training/experience with FFT and working with youth involved in Corrections is a plus. Position will remain open until filled. Johnson County has implemented a skill-based pay plan of up to $4200 annually for staff who have obtained licensure by the BSRB at the Clinical Level. Job Description Responsibilities of the position include: Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments as a part of the intake and diagnostic process, ongoing provision of services, and/or crisis intervention; identifies individual needs and diagnoses substance use and/or mental health disorders; assesses individual risk for suicide and other safety related concerns; determines the need for medication evaluation and referral; interprets and communicates relevant information to individuals, families, and other stakeholders. Develops complex treatment and intervention plans to address the clinical needs of individuals in single or multiple areas of focus; networks with other community agencies to research and coordinate a variety of resources and services to address comprehensive, intensive, or long term individual needs; encourages the establishment and maintenance of support systems; collaborates with other providers in the development, implementation, and review of plans.
