Position Details
Location: In-person only, Weld County, CO
Hours: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, related service providers, and administrators
Deliver training and coaching for paraprofessionals and teachers on behavioral strategies and data collection
Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Colorado Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Special Services Provider (SSP)
Previous school-based BCBA experience strongly preferred

Plan and implement daily activity schedule.
Supervise and assist the children/youth with medications.

Provide direct counseling and training services to children/youth.

The Boulder County Sheriff's Office's (BCSO) Community Assistance Program through our Victim Assistance team provides service to victims of serious personal crimes or traumatic incidents by having trained volunteers respond to the victims, either immediately on-scene, or as quickly as possible after a crime or critical incident occurs. The work is accomplished by a team of volunteer victim advocates working on-call to provide immediate response and another team providing outreach to victims. The On-Scene Volunteer Advocates' Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the on call schedule, managing the administrative tasks of the On-Scene volunteers service at BCSO, supervising the On-Scene Volunteer Advocates' responses to crimes scenes during regular business hours, sharing the afterhours & holiday on-call supervisor duty with the other Victim Assistance staff, responding to scenes when necessary, and monitoring crime reports from the BCSO, Lafayette PD, and Louisville PD to provide outreach to victims who have not been served by the on-call on-scene volunteer advocates. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Respond to consumer and building emergencies, and facilitate appropriate interventions. In emergency situations, contact other residential staff, your supervisor, or other clinicians when needed.
Advocate for acceptance and integration of individuals with mental illness within the neighborhood and community in which they live.
Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
Required to attend scheduled team meetings.

The 1:1 YTC will provide direct support and care for a client with a complex seizure disorder, daily seizures, and gastrostomy tube (G-tube) feeds. This position involves close collaboration with the school nurse, teachers, and other staff to ensure the client's safety and well-being throughout the school day.
Essential Job Functions
Medical Support:
Monitor the client for signs and symptoms of seizure activity.
Follow seizure action plan, including administering emergency interventions (ex: rescue medication through nasal route or G-tube) as directed by the school nurse and healthcare plan.
Administer G-tube feedings per physician orders and nursing delegation.
Maintain a clean and safe feeding environment by adhering to proper hygiene practices.
Safety and Supervision:
Provide close and continuous supervision throughout the school day.
Monitor and ensure the client's safety during all school routines, particularly during episodes of seizure activity.
Other Job Functions
Communication and Documentation:
Maintain accurate daily documentation of medical care provided (ex: feeding log, seizure log, incidents).

Job Description: CDPHE RW Part B - Women's Health Project (WHP). The WHP Substance Use Therapist position works full-time with women who are living with HIV/AIDS. Comprehensive, individualized substance abuse services are provided to these women. The WHP Substance Use Counselor works with the participant's care managers who utilize a participant-centered process that links clients to housing, health care, mental health, substance abuse, and other support services to produce more positive and sustained outcomes. The WHP Substance Use Counselor will establish a service plan, develop continuity of care, and encourage the participant to work with their care manager to coordinate the services required to implement the plan. This position also works directly with women who have been referred to Part B transitional housing at the Mariposa House. The WHP Substance Use Counselor also provides on-going weekly evidence-based substance use groups, connects women who are seeking sobriety with opportunities for recovery-based events such as attending exercise at The Phoenix- a free gym for those who are abstaining from the use of alcohol and other substances.

You will work on a multidisciplinary team and liaise with community partners in order to streamline access to services at Clinica Family Health and Wellness.

What we need for this job:
* Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical setting
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or full licensed acquired within twenty four (24) months (Licensure Preferred).
* Experience with adult mental health and substance use population
