Using a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, we treat patients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorders, as well as co-occurring addictions and disorders. Our well-established model of care, experienced multidisciplinary staff, and intimate warm setting make Rosewood uniquely qualified to effectively treat an eating disorder. Rosewood is one of the nation's leading eating disorder treatment programs for men, women and adolescents offering comprehensive treatment for all stages of recovery, from 24-hour inpatient monitoring to a variety of residential, transitional and outpatient programs.
We are seeking a full-time Family Therapist to provide therapy to our clients and their families.
Our Family Therapists may be scheduled for one evening and one weekend day (in addition to weekdays - 40 hours/week) for the benefit of clients and their families.
Anticipated schedule is Tuesday-Saturday

Qualifications::
Master's degree, at minimum, in clinical counseling or related discipline.
Licensed (or license-eligible) preferred in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.

Job Title & Role Description:
The Care Specialist is a key member of the team responsible for delivering chronic care management to high-complexity patients. The Care Specialist primarily works in patients' homes and communities (90% of the time) and engages in virtual care (10% of the time). This role involves direct outreach to patients, guiding them through the enrollment process, facilitating virtual appointments with providers, and ensuring that patients adhere to care plans. By building relationships, coordinating care, and providing education, the Care Specialist plays a critical role in promoting health, preventing unnecessary hospitalizations, and improving patient outcomes.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., Community Health Worker, Peer Support Specialist, Medical Assistant, etc.).
High school diploma or GED required.
A valid drivers license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
Experience in chronic care management or working with chronically ill/elderly patients.
Technologically proficient with basic computer skills (typing, using EMR systems).
Experience with motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and care coordination.

The Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Case Aide. Functions as staff support in the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Support Coordination Units assisting with casework directed by the Unit Supervisors, Human Service Specialists, and administrative and secretarial staff. Travel is required within the District. Due to distances in rural areas, travel may be extensive.

Job Duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Sets-up and maintains all appropriate documentation in member records and secondary history files. Tracks closed and archived records.
•Serves as the in-day person in a unit and/or office. Answers office telephones and phone calls for Support Coordinators who are out of the office. Takes accurate messages and/or routes to appropriate staff. Responds to routine questions for information from families and providers.
•Assists members/families by providing transportation to various appointments and meetings; picks up medications, bus passes, food boxes, etc; completes forms, conducts research of community resources, and completes applications for services and reports; pays bills; refers families to community resources; writes progress notes accordingly in member files.
•Maintains office supplies, copy machines, postage meter, State vehicle repair maintenance log, etc. Completes vehicle reports. Opens, reviews, sorts, and distributes office mail to appropriate Unit staff, ensuring that critical documents (e.g., prescriptions, requests for services) are prioritized for a timely response by the Support Coordinator/Division. Copies documents as requested.
•Drives a state vehicle to conduct residential and day program visits at the direction of Support Coordinators/Supervisors for the purpose of observing the location for potential health and safety issues, prepares progress notes on visits, and provides information to requested party.
•Prepares a wide variety of member documents (e.g., service authorizations, correspondence, memos, forms, and legal documents) for signature of designated authority for work unit and/or office. Responds to requests from various sources to update the prepared information.
•Collects necessary information for and prepares eligibility and member re-determination packets. Tracks eligibility decisions. Inputs member information into member information database (FOCUS) as well as in the Risk Incident Reporting (RIMS) system. Logs and monitors client trust funds of expenditures and deposits. Monitors member billing records.

Job Summary:
The Child & Family Protection Specialist (CFPCS)/Transport Specialist (TS) provides secure and efficient transport in a humane manner to Unaccompanied Children (UC) and/or families, while accompanying them on domestic and/or international flights and/or via ground transportation to facilities all over the country. During these trips, CFPCS/TS uses their language skills to communicate in a way that is culturally sensitive, while fostering a safe and comfortable environment.
The CFPCS/TS follows and complies with Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with contract requirements; secures UC and/or families' personal property, to include any medication during transportation. The CFPCS/TS is responsible for providing an orientation to the UC and/or families, maintains constant line of sight and sound, and sets behavioral expectations. The CFPCS/TS reports on trip progress and enters each milestones at the beginning of each trip, during the trip and at the end of each trip and elevates concerns to appropriate parties.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe and secure transportation of unaccompanied minor(s) and/or families in a humane manner and in accordance with MVM's and federal government customer's established policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Provides orientation to all minors and/or families in a language they understand, explaining the transportation process and answering questions.
Reviews all documentation to ensure it contains all information needed for travel.
Completes, verifies, and provides required documentation to appropriate parties.
Must be able to address and de-escalate, in both controlled and uncontrolled situations, with uncooperative individuals and reports issues to management immediately.
Provides approved clothing and hygiene supplies, if required, meals, snacks, and drinks for the minors and/or families for the duration of the transport as required per contract requirements.
Completes applicable inspections, to include vehicle safety and security inspections following Standard Operating Procedures.
Conducts vehicles inspections, to include Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections, depending on the program.
Ensures the safety of all passengers during transport and is responsible for ensuring that all occupants have their own seat and are secured with a seat belt in the vehicle.
Ensures that a car seat and/or booster seat are properly installed prior to a minor entering the vehicle.
Must maintain “line of sight and sound” supervision of each minor and/or families during transport.
Logs transportation details in MVM's proprietary system, such as medication, meals, communication, delays, etc. in milestones at the beginning, during and end of transport.
Reports into the Command Center and/or Shared Services and Site at established check points and provides updates on any changes, disruptions, or concerns throughout the transportation route.
Records medication for minors in milestones, if applicable, to include the type of medication, the number of times the medication is administered throughout the transport and any irregularities.
Must report all emergency situations following company's SOP and processes.
Performs visual verification of minors and/or families and matches them to documents provided to confirm identity of traveling minors and/or families.
Maintains close communication with Command Center and/or Shared Services, and Site leadership during travel and elevates all concerns to site leadership.
Must perform duties which can include the use of force and restraints following company SOPs and guidelines, depending on the program.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college (a high school diploma with one or more years of extra relevant experience may be substituted for an associate degree).
Have at least two years of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area; as well as certification, licensure, and credentials applicable to the professional accreditation of the position if applicable (a minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required when a high school diploma with one or more years of relevant experience is substituted for an associate degree).
Must be bilingual; must be able to speak, read and write in English, read, and speak Spanish.

Camp Counselor Qualities
* Ability to help children grow in character, experiences and insights
* Ability to guard the health and well-being of campers at all times
* Capable of sustaining energy for participation in a full day's worth of activities
* Prior experience working with children
* Enthusiastic, Responsible, Dependable, Consistent, Level-Headed, Flexible, and Calm in all situations
* CPR/First Aid Certified OR willing to become certified before the summer begins
Camp Counselor Responsibilities
* Work with group of campers and provide a fun, safe and exciting camp experience
* Cooperate with fellow Counselors and Camp Director
* Greet families and campers upon arrival
* Support Camp Director in establishing rules and emergency procedures with campers
* Participate in all camp activities
* Supervise daily swim time in a hands-on manner from within the water (lifeguard certification not required)
* Help out where needed and lead activities when asked to by the Camp Director
* Complete other duties, as assigned

Intake Counselor - PRN (Day or Night Shift)
Intensive in-home counselor job in Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities We are looking for PRN Intake Counselors to join our team! PRN Day and Night The Intake Counselor provides telephonic and in person risk assessment and crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, coordinates the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care, facilitates the admission process and maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff. The Intake Clinician also assists the Physician by providing face to face clinical assessments, including the history of presenting illness, family dynamics and supporting psychosocial information.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Services field, or Masters in Social Work required.
* Licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners preferred.
* Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
* Must have or be able to obtain level one fingerprint clearance card.
