About the role
We are seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, and business-minded Lead Commercial Counsel on the Legal & Compliance Team. You are a sharp self-starter that is eager to take an ownership role in scaling Rippling's commercial legal function to be best-in‑class, while simultaneously counseling on complex strategic initiatives and getting deals done efficiently and effectively.
This is a highly visible, strategic role requiring both strong leadership and hands‑on execution. You will report to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate, and collaborate closely with leaders across Legal & Compliance, Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Product, Real Estate, Finance, and Security.
What you will do
Advise on a variety of commercial matters, including enterprise SaaS agreements, strategic alliances, channel partnerships, customer negotiations, and vendor relationships
Mentor and develop a small commercial team supporting Rippling's global business
Partner with our Sales, Business Development, and other GTM teams to develop, refine, and manage Rippling's commercial counseling and contracting function
Develop and refine enablement tools (e.g. collateral, playbooks, training, templates, negotiation strategies)
Drive consistency, predictability, and scalability across Rippling's global commercial contracting motions
Navigate complex global regulatory frameworks to create scalable and innovative solutions to support our products and services
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Privacy, Security, Product, Engineering, and Finance) on development and documentation of new features and services
What you will need
7+ years of commercial contracting experience, including 3+ years in-house experience
Law degree (J.D. or equivalent)
Prior in‑house experience at a high‑growth SaaS or technology company strongly preferred
Deep expertise in technology transactions, including SaaS licensing, data integrations, strategic alliances, procurement and vendor negotiations, and channel and reseller programs, as well as familiarity with AI, privacy, and cybersecurity considerations
Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor attorneys or legal staff
Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment, managing a high volume of matters, shifting priorities, and time‑sensitive demands with precision and urgency

SKYS staff and case mangers work with youth to increase stabilization, transition youth to safe and stable housing, and work towards family reunification whenever possible.
This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people's ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people's ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y's programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and/or homelessness systems.

The Counseling Center serves all students, including those who are facing personal and educational challenges as well as those who are undecided in their major and/or career. BC Counseling Center's Holistic Approach to Mental Healthcare
At the Bellevue College Counseling Center, mental health and well-being are central to everything the counselors do. This focus is embedded across their workshops, outreach events, and classroom visits, where counselors share information about available services and address topics such as stress management, test anxiety, and other mental health-related concerns. They also engage with students at various campus events by staffing informational tables.
Counselors extend their support into the classroom by teaching Human Development (HD) courses, which emphasize mental health and student success topics such as self-esteem, stress management, learning strategies, personal relationships, motivation, assertiveness, and career exploration. These classes provide a structured and supportive environment for students to explore issues that are often discussed in individual counseling, but in a way that may feel more approachable due to the stigma surrounding one-on-one mental health services.
In addition to working directly with students, counselors consult with faculty and staff to support students who may be experiencing emotional challenges. These consultations help equip college personnel with the psychological insight needed to better assist their students.
The Counseling Center offers a full range of direct services, including individual counseling for personal, academic, career, and crisis-related concerns.
Essential Functions
An internship student at the Counseling Center performs duties and responsibilities under the general direction of the Site Supervisor. The internship student will receive at least one-hour of weekly individual clinical supervision with a licensed mental health counselor and/or licensed psychologist. The internship student also has the opportunity to participate in the Counseling Center's weekly staff meetings and case consultations.
Below are the typical duties of an internship student:
* Provide culturally-competent and socially-just short- and long-term individual (personal, educational, and career) and group counseling.
* Assist students with identifying and resolving problems affecting their educational and personal development by clarifying short- and long-range educational/personal/occupational goals.
* Provide crisis counseling and assessment for students in emotional distress.

* Refer students to appropriate campus and community resources and services.

About Care Crisis Response Services (CCRS):
CCRS is a 24/7 crisis center offering suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and professional consultation services, including behavioral health evaluations. We provide brief crisis counseling and help clients identify appropriate services for their behavioral health crises. Our operations include regional and 988 crisis lines across Washington State.
General Function:
This full-time, hourly position helps to divert behavioral health related calls from 911 by de-escalating callers, assessing for safety, providing crisis intervention, referrals to community resources, and brief supportive counseling services to callers transferred from 911 who are in emotional distress and/or seeking information about mental health services. The Colocation Crisis Counselors are co-located at the 911 center and complete all interactions with callers by telephone and/or SMS. The Colocation Crisis Counselors are responsible for utilizing Lifeline Best Practices for clients at risk for suicide including completing a thorough safety assessment, providing validation and emotional support, safety planning, mandated reporting procedures, and referring back to 911 for emergency interventions as needed. This position is responsible for referring callers to the larger 988 team for follow-up or to regional crisis lines as appropriate. This position is on-site in Tacoma, WA at South Sound 911.
Principal Activities:
Assist 911 call takers and 911 supervisors in identifying appropriate calls for 988 transfer
Work collaboratively with 911 call takers, dispatch, and 911 supervisors to establish safety via police or EMS response when needed while de-escalating and providing emotional support to the caller
Utilize the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and internal messaging feature to coordinate with 911 call takers and monitor developments in calls
Provide crisis intervention, suicide prevention and brief supportive counseling to callers transferred from 911 who are in emotional distress and/or considering suicide
Conduct safety assessments of callers according to agency/department policies, funding and accreditation requirements, and Lifeline Best Practices
Manage interactions with clients to ensure appropriate level of support is provided in an efficient manner

Note: The Adoption Social Worker is primarily a home-based position. The Adoption Social Worker position requires travel (most often by car) to different locations within the assigned area to complete the essential functions of the position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (to be completed within timeframes outlined by the Branch Director):
1. Determines a family's ability and capacity to parent an adopted child by conducting pre-home study meetings as requested, reviewing and assessing agency-requested information, evaluating the family's knowledge and perceptions of adoption, teaching adoption education courses as needed, and conducting psycho-social assessments of family members.
2. Contributes to the delivery of high-quality adoption services by producing adoption home studies and post placement reports that comply with provided guidelines and meet current agency, state, country and USCIS requirements.
3. Provides support and case management of all assigned families by maintaining quarterly contacts throughout process, communicating information to the family, referring family to appropriate community support systems when necessary and documenting all correspondence in Holt's database.
4. Prepares family for travel and assists with post placement adjustment by providing training and identifying resources available to help meet the child's needs and aid in the child's adjustment to the family. Conduct home visits as required by state law and country program guidelines, assist in early identification of problematic issues, and make a determination regarding the stability and appropriateness of the placement.
5. Assures child's physical and emotional well-being and eases family's adjustment by providing counseling to the child and family and/or helping arrange for counseling with a clinician outside the agency if needed. In case of an adoption disruption or dissolution, maintain relationship with family to ensure transition plan is developed that meets the child's needs. Assist child and family with transition of child to new placement.
6. Contributes to public knowledge about Holt and supports Holt programs by participating in activities arranged by Holt including picnics or parent groups, representing Holt at adoption meetings, coalitions and organizations, and performing other outreach activities as appropriate.
7. Maintains professional knowledge by attending relevant seminars and course work, keeping informed about State regulations, legislation, adoption issues and child-related issues overseas; maintaining license, if required.
8. Contributes to a positive, productive work environment by meeting attendance and punctuality guidelines and pre-arranging time off with appropriate notice; treating all people with dignity and respect; and exhibiting good listening and comprehension skills including giving and welcoming feedback.
9. Contributes to team effort by working cooperatively with Branch and Eugene offices, respectfully responding to all communication from Branch and Eugene in a timely manner. Providing back-up to colleagues as needed and supporting branch office in meeting objectives.
SUCCESS FACTORS: The successful Adoption Social Worker has strong assessment skills and the ability to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with families and work cooperatively with agency staff and contacts in the community. She/he has the ability to identify unusual adjustment issues and problematic family dynamics and address these with families in a respectful, open and supportive manner. She/he has the ability to problem solve in a creative manner and manage families and children in crisis while exercising good judgment. She/he has strong organizational skills, is able to work independently, set priorities, and analyze documents. She/he leverages current technology to support performance and efficiency in accomplishing assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE: Master's degree in social work or a related field strongly preferred, five years experience in a social service setting, and state license (where applicable). Requires the application of clinical skills and knowledge to determine the appropriateness of an adoptive placement of a child and whether that placement is in the best interests of the child. Must have proven clinical and assessment skills and experience in adoption services and processes. Ability to conduct a psycho-social assessment. Knowledge of family and group dynamics and adoption practices. Excellent writing and computer skills. Cross cultural sensitivity. Note: Required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of training every two years on current and emerging adoption practice issues.
INFORMATION PROCESSING: Ability to organize, set priorities and work independently. Ability to analyze and interpret complex information from multiple sources and work through complex issues with families and children to identify root issues, potential solutions and options for intervention. Looks at information from multiple perspectives and thoroughly weighs strengths and weaknesses of families before making decisions.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: This position requires the application of clinical skills and knowledge in determining the appropriateness of an adoptive placement for a child and whether the placement is in the best interests of the child. Includes recruiting families; assessing family functioning; determining capacity to parent; identifying unusual adjustment issues and problematic family dynamics; managing families and children in crisis; providing on-going support and case management to families; completing reports on-time; documenting all contact with family; communicating with families, Branch and Eugene staff; treating families and co-workers with respect; exercise good judgment and problem solve in a creative manner.
INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION: Ability to express thoughts and feelings and facilitate that expression from others. Ability to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship, work cooperatively with agency staff, and work well with collateral contacts in the community including returning phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
IMPACT OF RESULTS: Promote feelings of good will and public support for Holt by ensuring successful adjustment of child and family, optimizing effectiveness of adoption process, boosting family recruitment and community awareness of adoption and Holt's services in the coverage area.

Responsibilities Full Time Day Position: (Sat-Wed) Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking Master's Level Intake Clinicians for our Assessment team located in Kirkland, WA. Our intake team operates 24/7 handling referrals from hospitals, DCRs and providers for our Kirkland, Everett and Monroe campuses. JOB DEFINITION:
We are looking for energized and passionate Residential Counselors to manage basic day-to-day operations at our Permanent Supportive Housing Projects. Residential Counselors assist the individuals living in our supportive housing with their daily needs, with special emphasis on challenges related to severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with residents in the general milieu and common areas.
Assist clinical staff in the coordination of services to residents; contact residents' outside service providers as necessary.
