Responsibilities:
Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral
assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures
Develops individualized, evidence based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs
Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the
continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectives
Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center
Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan
Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines
Participates in regular clinical meetings
Agrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.
Completes documentation of services in a timely manner
Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines
Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
Maintains accurate and up to date "CAQH" profile and NPI
Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators
Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board's "The Professional and
Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts".
Additional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

As an OVN you will be a critical health worker, and so could be exposed to COVID, or on occasion work with clients with COVID. Evolve follows all state and local requirements regarding PPE and has strict guidelines for a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Be awake, alert, and active for the entire duration of the night shift (10pm-6am)
Ensure clients are in bed all night and be able to provide line of sight of clients at all times
check on the clients every 15 minutes
Walk through the facility and do a maintenance check
Assist with inventory check and notify the facility manager of anything that need attention
Document all shift activity in KIPU
Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility
Attend and participate in monthly Treatment Team Meetings

. North County Serenity House (NCSH), a residential program of HealthRIGHT 360, was founded in 1966 to provide substance use disorder services in the community. NCSH provides a gender-responsive and trauma-informed environment, using evidence-based and best practices that recognize and account for the role that trauma frequently plays in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary. Our residential facility serves up to 120 women (with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age) seeking recovery from substance use disorders.
The SUD Counselor III is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team that supports our clients through assessment of their needs and strengths in support of their health and recovery. SUD Counselor III will perform counseling in individual and group setting, deliver curricula in accordance with program specific requirements and case management, and assist clients in navigating systems of care while providing a supportive treatment environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Treatment Setting:
Maintain an assigned caseload of up to 25 clients, depending on the program staffing pattern and business needs, and provide individualized weekly counseling.
Facilitate group counseling sessions and community meetings.
Proactively link clients to both internal and external resources based on their treatment needs.
Teach classes on treatment-related topics to assist clients in meeting their treatment goals.

NCSH Residential - Group Counselor
Intensive in-home counselor job in Escondido, CA
The Group Counselor plays a vital role within a multidisciplinary team, aiding clients by evaluating their requirements and capabilities to promote their well-being and rehabilitation. They conduct counseling sessions predominantly in group settings and occasionally one-on-one, lead educational activities, adhere to program guidelines when delivering content, handle case management duties, and help clients access care systems, all within a nurturing treatment atmosphere.
This is a union position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Service:
* Facilitate education and group counseling sessions in residential, outpatient, or field depending on assignment and agency need.
* Occasionally facilitate individual counseling sessions as assigned.
* Provide orientation to group treatment culture and norms.
* Utilize trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and evidence-based practices.
* Transport clients when assigned.
* Assist clients in navigating systems of care.
Treatment Setting:
* Work collaboratively with treatment team members.
* Seek consultation and supervision for challenging clinical circumstances.
* Provide a supportive treatment environment.
* Ensure groups start and finish on time.
* Ensure that clients maintain compliance with group attendance and expectations.
Documentation:
* Track client progress in group sessions.
* Complete client urinalysis and document test results.
* Write and complete progress notes in a timely manner.
* Maintain compliance with clinical documentation standards, policies, and deadlines.
Administrative:
* Maintain compliance with client care hours per week.
* Arrange work schedule according to agency needs.
* Respond to emails when appropriate.
* Participate in meetings, supervision, and training opportunities.
* Complete assigned training in a timely manner.
* Maintain registration or certification compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certification, or Licensure
* High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field preferred.
* Registration or Certification as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor from an accredited California agency (CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP).
* Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
* Valid California Driver's License and access to registered and insured transportation.
Experience
* Experience providing counseling sessions with individuals with co-occurring disorders in an individual or group setting.
Clinical Counselor
Intensive in-home counselor job in San Marcos, CA
Minimum qualifications: * One of the following three criteria: * Licensed as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor or * Possession of a Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-Accredited doctoral program or
* Possession of a terminal master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or Social Work (or a related behavioral science field), current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate of Social Work, and completion of licensure hours.
* Demonstrated commitment to and experience in working with clients from different cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds.
* Demonstrated generalist clinical skills including short-term/time-limited, evidence-based individual and group modalities, and crisis intervention.
* Demonstrated ability to work as a team member in a stressful environment.
* Ability to independently organize, manage, and prioritize tasks, including clinical caseload.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:
* If in possession of a doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology:
* A license to practice psychology independently in CA.
* If in possession of a terminal master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Clinical Counselor:
* A license to practice independently in CA.
* Experience providing clinical services (e.g., individual, group, couple's therapy) to a diverse campus community, including non-traditional college students, or first-generation college students.
* Experience providing psycho-educational outreach on various mental health subjects.
* Training and/or experience providing clinical services in more than one language. Spanish preferred.
* Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate intercultural competence and a commitment to serving a diverse campus community as it relates to counseling and, as applicable, service.
Salary commensurate with degree level and experience: This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, Academic Year exempt position and is benefits eligible.
* Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $6,221 per full-time month
The salary schedule information for the Lecturer - Academic Year Classification is available based on the following ranges:
* CSU Classification Salary Range Lecturer A - AY: $6,221 - $11,105 per full-time month
The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience.
