BCBA Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Special Education Services:
Act as a resource on behavior management to Special Education staff.
Provide coordination, consultation, and program development for behavior management processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans.
Act as case manager for students with behavioral needs placed in non-public school programs.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and prepare documents.

Collect and analyze data to support documentation on progress for Individual Education Plans.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be physically present on the school campus when school is in session.
Provide individual and group counseling to youth exposed to violence or abuse.
Teach trauma education/violence prevention curriculum to youth.

REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or a related field.
Active, unrestricted CA-license in a behavioral health discipline (e.g., ACSW, AMFT, etc.) is preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience working with children and adolescents.
Solid understanding of interpersonal violence (e.g., intimate partner violence, teen relationship abuse, child abuse, etc.) and trauma-informed principles and practice.
Strong counseling and crisis intervention skills.
Solid understanding of violence prevention work preferred.
Experience with workshop and/or group facilitation.
Experience with school-based programming is preferred.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others.
A strong commitment to providing anti-racist, culturally sensitive services, as well as a knowledge of systemic issues.
Ability to be creative in engaging youth individually and in large groups.

Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

We are currently seeking a Lead Youth Care Worker to join our residential team. The Lead Youth Care Worker is responsible for the meaningful engagement of Unaccompanied Children (UC) for the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), with the aim of meeting the developmental, cultural and care needs by ensuring their day-to-day care, actively participate in program activities, supporting, the UC's case plan and developing their personal skills. Other duties include but are not limited to:
Ensuring a safe home for Unaccompanied Children (UC's).
Provide line of sight and sound supervision of children in order to be counted towards ratio requirements.

Be the lead in case of an emergency/crisis communicate with Administration On-Call.

Skills/Requirements:
A High school diploma or GED is required.
One year experience working in a facility/program similar to Trinity or one involved with the counseling, education, or recreation of youth and/or adolescents required.
Must have a current Facility Manager certificate.
Should have an interest in working directly with youth in accordance with the general requirements as established in the California Administrative Code, Title 22.
Must communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English.
Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a physical examination; drug clearance; criminal background check and Child Abuse Index check.
Must possess a valid California driver's license with clean DMV history and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Trinity's insurance carrier.
Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
Pay rate: $20.19 per hour.
