About the Position
We have an exciting opening for a Residential Associate. Residential Associates work as members of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Their primary responsibilities include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping and meal preparation, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation. If you have experience working as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a client with behavioral health needs, then this position may be a great fit for you!
Vocational Training Program
For applicants starting as a QMHA-R, ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. Through this program, this certification can be achieved in as little as 6 months. This is an optional program.
Work Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 6:30pm - 6:30am (Part Time, Night)
What You'll Make
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour starting wage, DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

About the Program
Fieldstone RTH is a beautiful 5-bed Residential Treatment Home located in Wilsonville, Oregon. It is the realization of an idea promoted by NAMI and adopted by the Oregon Legislative Assembly in 1999 for the sale and re-development of the property which was formerly a state mental health facility and designed to include integrated community housing for people with disabilities.

What You'll Need
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration. Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting;
OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training
If not already registered as a QMHA through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.
Vocational Training Program: Employees in the optional Vocational Training Program will have additional training expectations to meet the requirements for QMHA testing.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable. In addition, you must successfully complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques and may require an individual to lift and transfer clients.

* Family Intervention Specialists will work with both biological and adoptive families.
* Many of the youth on your caseload will be foster children or former foster children in pre-adoptive or post adoptive homes who are experiencing stress in their placement.
* Providing in-home counseling services for at-risk youth and families
* Managing a small case load of four to six families to provide quality counseling
* Meeting with youth and families three times weekly to address each family's needs
* Providing after hours support to youth and families through on-call rotations

Counselors must be fluent in English and Spanish; both written and verbal Bachelor's degree in social services field required, Master's preferred. About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Associate to join our team at our Fairview Firs SRTF program in Fairview, Oregon! Residential Associates work as members of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Their primary responsibilities include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping and meal preparation, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation. Fairview Firs is a beautiful older home located in a grove of old growth timber on a large lot filled with lush landscaping. What You'll Need
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration. Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:

Are you looking to contribute to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents? Parents do not cause eating disorders and children do not choose to have them. Kartini Clinic, an internationally recognized pediatric eating disorder treatment facility in Portland, Oregon, is passionate about providing children and families with the treatment, support, and education they need both medically and therapeutically. Since 1998 we have treated more than 3000 children and young adults with all forms of disordered eating. We use a family-based treatment model to treat patients within our partial hospitalization program (aka: day treatment program).
As a milieu counselor, you will work closely with a small group of patients to provide them with a therapeutic environment while they are in our care. You, along with another milieu counselor, will lead the patients during various group therapy sessions as well as supervise and eat meals with our patients during meal times.
We are looking for someone who has a bachelor's or master's degree in a behavioral health field or the equivalent experience required to obtain certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate. If you possess the necessary qualifications, we will work with you on becoming certified. Don't worry if you don't have experience within the eating disorder specialty. Eating disorder knowledge is not required. We provide ample opportunity to learn within our community and offer a stipend to seek educational resources outside our team. We work within a multidisciplinary team and offer opportunities to shadow and learn alongside the many different providers within our clinic.
This position is full time with a consistent weekly schedule. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am - 5:30pm, so you won't be working nights or weekends with us! Function/Duties of Position
