Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board's "The Professional and

Qualifications:
Required: Master's Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related field

Duties and Responsibilities The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary. * Fulfill all duties related to his/her assignment as directed by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department and the United States Department of Justice. This includes, but is not limited to, all policies in accordance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), Texas Family Code, Bell County Employee Handbook, and Bell County Juvenile Services policies and procedures.
* Must have the ability to work with a diverse population.
* Conduct searches of persons and facilities as required to control contraband.
* Always maintain his/her appearance and appropriate professional behavior.
* Provides shift coverage as scheduled AND on an On-Call basis.
* Address behavioral issues/concerns of residents to ensure compliance and understanding while fostering a proactive and positive environment.
* Assist staff during any situation that requires the use of Handle with Care (the Department/Program recognized physical restraint/behavior modification system) and the department approved behavior management program.
* Work a schedule that will involve working weekends, evenings, or nights (shift work).

Job Title: MFLC Ready Reserve (CYB/School) **Must be local to or live in commutable distance of one of the below installations** + Fort Hood, TX + Goodfellow AFB, TX + Sheppard AFB, TX + Laughlin AFB, TX MFLC Counselors provide assessment, short-term, solution focused counseling services and non-traditional walk around participant outreach to eligible individuals, military children and youth of all ages. MFLC services shall enhance participants' ability to cope with the many challenges associated with the complex dynamics unique to the military service environment.
The MFLC Ready Reserve (MRR) works on an On-Call basis providing MFLC Counseling services on temporary assignments at select military installations in Texas. If a full time MFLC role is desired, MRR will be considered for open positions when available.

Required Qualifications

Summary/Objective
