It was a paycheck
Management is completely oblivious to what exactly this company does. Are you military? Are you civilians? Am I a soldier? Why are we playing Army and why do we salute each other?
Perks?
Nothing
Get rid of the thinking you are all former military Generals. Why do I have to refer to workers with no credentials “Colonel”? You weren’t even in the military.
Interview? I applied and was offered a position that had nothing to do with what I applied for.
Diverse?. They are privileged.
Leaving the place and getting a real job at a real company of professionals
In my experience the compensation is below average.
I seriously cannot think of one.
Everything. This place is one giant lie.
The benefits are fake, not real, all lies. You DO NOT have medical. You DO NOT have mandated disability. This place has fake benefits that are ONLY ON PAPER to satisfy State and Federal requirements. When you need them, YOU WILL BE FIRED FOR DISCOURSE.
This guy is a joke. Where is he? I’ll tell you - on vacation. The guy is never in the office but come work travel, this guy is in First Class. You will be expected to carry his golf clubs and take him to destinations of his choice - you’re an indentured slave forced to endure bad jokes on your behalf and being a Bell Boy for a self-centered egotistical brat.
Remove the upper managers and current CEO. They are all related to each other. It’s just one family blaming everyone and everything else but themselves for their own failures.
This place interviews?
Bad. Real bad. Lots of promises that never come. If you’re made a promise, you’re getting scammed.
If you’re related to this family you’re guaranteed lifetime pay. You don’t even need to show up.
This place? Joy does not play here. It’s a nightmare of threats and degradation built on years of past stories and lies.
Not a lot here. It was a paycheck, yet small at that.
A lot. Interoffice competition is out of hand.
They don’t have benefits. This place lies a lot.
Leadership does not exist anywhere here.
Stop promoting interoffice competition and stop encouraging your employees to harass one another. This is a an extremely hostile environment.
What interview? I showed up and they hired me.
Worst yet.
There is no representation in this company. You’re on your own
From this place? Quitting.
If you’re friends with management, you get paid to play video games, shop online, chat on discord and make humorous fake web pages to show off to your colleagues for a large belly laugh.
Management and its leadership harvest survival instead of loyalty.
Benefits don’t exist here unless you’re a family member of the bossman.
Cease the forced competition between your own employees, embrace working together towards goals and end the silly gameshow survival exercises and experiments where you have our own employees vote people out of your company. It’s disgusting.
Showed up.
Diversity doesn’t exist here. Within specific departments, you will be subjected to racist jokes, comments and endure speeches as to why the handicapped and mentally challenged should be euthanized.
It’s like attending a Clown School.
Knowing this place is broke.
None. This place is a joke.
It’s like attending a clown school.
Require management to take and attend business ethics courses.
No need. Anyone who interviews gets the job. They are too desperate.
Poorly.
Poorly.
Leaving.
