Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.

**Overview:** The SAP CO Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Controlling (CO) module, with a strong focus on Product Costing (CO-PC) in an S/4HANA environment. This role also involves leveraging AI-driven analytics to optimize costing processes, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA CO Product Costing functionalities.
+ Support Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Standard Costing processes.
+ Analyze product costs, identify variances, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
+ Use AI tools for predictive costing and variance analysis.
+ Work closely with Finance, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate cost management.
+ Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP).
+ Identify opportunities for automation and AI-based enhancements in costing workflows.
+ Develop and maintain process documentation.
+ Train end-users on SAP CO-PC and AI-enabled functionalities.
+ Ensure data integrity, system security, and adherence to IT policies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
+ 5+ years in SAP CO Product Costing (preferably in manufacturing).
+ Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and Material Ledger.
+ Strong knowledge of SAP CO sub-modules.
+ Familiarity with AI/ML tools for cost analysis and forecasting.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience in ERP transformation projects.
+ Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for costing.
+ Exposure to predictive analytics and AI-based cost simulations.
