Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager or Director of Facilities, the Facilities Maintenance Lead will lead the local Facilities team with day-to-day tasks/requests and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities, and grounds. Additionally, the Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading projects or project sections involving the enhancement and design of all interior and exterior occupied space which includes the remodel of existing space and construction of new space. The incumbent leads or assists in, facility inspections, building operations, maintenance, safety, and security.
