Job DescriptionDescription: Primary Accountability Responsible for the provision of high quality, comprehensive, patient centered primary health care to InterCare's Eau Claire populations. Description of Primary Responsibilities Engages fully in InterCare's PCMH service delivery model and best practices in Family Medicine. Provides efficient and effective patient care according to adopted clinical standards relevant to licensure. Meets daily productivity targets - Family Practice Physicians are anticipated to see 22 patients per 8-hour day. Ensures strong patient focus and service excellence in patient care and with team members. Meets coding documentation standards in EHR. Strives to achieve UDS expected outcome measures and Meaningful Use requirements. Participates constructively as a clinical team member. Participates in share of call schedule responsibilities. Communicates openly with partners and site manager regarding call schedules, time off, site and inbox/PAQ coverage. Regularly attends all provider, site, and assigned committee meetings as appropriate. Reads and responds to emails in a timely manner as outlined in policy. Supervises mid-levels as assigned according to Michigan practice requirements.
