Responsible for program development of 4-8 clients under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Education and Experience Required: The selected candidate will have at least a high school diploma and experience working with children. Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science such as psychology, sociology, counseling, applied behavioral science, etc. is preferred. Specific experience with children who have Autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience preferred. Must be in or completed approved course sequence for ABA. Must have a signed contract with Intercept supervisors for fieldwork hours.
Additional Requirements: Must possess a current registered behavior technician credential and be in good standing or must successfully complete a 40-hour class, competency assessment, and exam to become a registered behavior technician within 2 months of hire.

As Evening Support Specialist for Intercept Health's YouthQuest, you will serve as a positive role model for residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes and behaviors. You will contribute to the formulation and implementation of the resident transitional living plan and assist with life skills learning, transportation, and administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Use good interpersonal communication skills to gain resident cooperation and resolve resident conflicts. Interact with all residents while maintaining appropriate relationships which do not allow self-disclosure of personal or social information to residents.
* Provide transportation, accompany, and directly supervise residents on outings, activities and appointments in the community.
* Guide residents in personal hygiene techniques and the proper care of their condominiums. Assist residents in meal preparation steps. Guide and instruct residents in proper housekeeping and laundry procedures; review completion of weekly chores.
* Exercise fair, firm and consistent use of behavioral system.
* Supervise the administration of medications as appropriate.
* Check each condominium to ensure residents are in by curfew, working, or on an approved pass. Document all incidences in communication log and contact the Life Skills Coach or Program Supervisor. Record accurate and complete information in the resident chart pertaining to: resident behavior, critical incidents, AWOLs, restrictions, unusual sleep patterns, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* The Evening Support Specialist shall have a human services Bachelors degree (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, etc) OR a High School diploma with at least one year of experience working with children and/or families.

Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Support staff in develop and implement plans for individual client discharges.
Maintain high quality documentation of all case work, completed in a timely manner and consistent with outlined program policies and licensure requirements.
Notify Supervisor of any significant client medical complaint(s), unusual events, accidents, medical problems, property damage or maintenance concern, etc.
Intercept Clinicians will not provide medical services or therapeutic services that would reasonably be found to fall outside the scope of the expertise of the assigned counselor.

We are currently seeking a SUD Clinical Supervisor to be responsible for clinical supervision of assigned SUD staff, including CSACs, CSAC Supervisees, CSAC-A and CSAC-A Supervisees and Peer Recovery Specialists and Peer Recovery Specialist Supervisees, specified activities listed within the supervisory contract for the duration of their residency. Licensed providers may provide clinical supervision for staff seeking licensure in their discipline (LPC/LCSW/LSATP). In addition to being responsible for clinical activities, the SUD Clinical Supervisor will provide licensure documentation required for supervisee licensure.
The SUD Clinical Supervisor will assume a lead role in mentoring other SUD Counselors.
Education/Credentials:
The SUD Clinical Supervisor shall be:
* A Virginia CSAC who has been in practice for at least 2 years and has met all Supervisor requirements required by the Virginia Board of Counseling OR
* An LPC/LCSW/MD/RN who is board certified in Substance Abuse (MAC, AADC, or NCACII) or has a CSAC or a minimum of one year of experience in Substance Abuse Counseling and at least 100 hours of didactic training covering the recommended topics as described by the Virginia Board of Counseling OR
* Licensed or Licensed-Eligible (LPC/LCSW/LSAPT) clinician in the State of Virginia and is required to have a master's degree that meets all education requirements and be registered as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work if not yet licensed, as defined with the Board of Counseling or Social Work within the State of Virginia.
Experience: Clinical experience supervising individuals and working with individuals who are impacted with addiction. Experience in a broad range of therapeutic modalities (individual, group, and family therapies) is preferred, as well as in-depth knowledge about the use and implementation of evidence-based practice models identified for outpatient substance abuse services programs. Prior clinical supervision experience preferred.

As a child behavior specialist, you will be responsible for support and implementation of an individualized plan based on the client's targets and goals with a focus on decreasing unsafe behaviors while increasing communication and social skills while receiving support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will observe client skills and collect data to be used in assessing the individual's skills and to develop their program goals. Education and Experience Required: The selected candidate will have at least a high school diploma and previous experience working with children. Must possess a current registered behavior technician credential in good standing; or complete a 40-hour class, competency assessment, and exam to become a registered behavior technician within 6 months of hire (IH provides training compensation during this time). Bachelor's degree in Behavioral science is preferred; specific experience with children who have Autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience, is a plus! Must have afternoon availability until 6 P.M.
PT Specialists are compensated for direct and indirect services provided, entry level pay starts at $20 for direct care and increases based on experience and certification; and ABA-specific education, up to $26 for direct care. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Use good interpersonal communication skills to gain resident cooperation and resolve resident conflicts. Interact with all residents while maintaining appropriate relationships which do not allow self-disclosure of personal or social information to residents.
* Provide transportation, accompany, and directly supervise residents on outings, activities and appointments in the community.
* Guide residents in personal hygiene techniques and the proper care of their condominiums. Assist residents in meal preparation steps. Guide and instruct residents in proper housekeeping and laundry procedures; review completion of weekly chores.
* Exercise fair, firm and consistent use of behavioral system.
* Supervise the administration of medications as appropriate.
* Check each condominium to ensure residents are in by curfew, working, or on an approved pass. Document all incidences in communication log and contact the Life Skills Coach or Program Supervisor. Record accurate and complete information in the resident chart pertaining to: resident behavior, critical incidents, AWOLs, restrictions, unusual sleep patterns, etc.
