What's the opportunity?
We're seeking an experienced strategy and operations leader to head Global Solutions and Success Operations within our Revenue Operations organization. This role will ensure our go-to-market (GTM) engine runs seamlessly as we continue to scale worldwide.
As Director, Solutions Operations you oversee core strategy and operations for our Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and R&D Services teams. You'll serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Customer Success & Solutions and their leadership team. This is a new role at Intercom, giving you the opportunity to scale a high-impact team that enables Intercom's GTM organization to achieve ambitious growth targets for our Fin AI Agent product and our customer support helpdesk.

What you'll do
Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Solutions, Services, and Success leaders, identifying opportunities for improvement across multiple roles and motions, and aligning initiatives with global GTM goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and growth.
Program & Project Delivery: Drive company-level GTM initiatives from conception to execution including role design, solution delivery processes, global expansion, and adoption of internal AI tools.
Capacity & Staffing Modeling: Own capacity planning and workload modeling across functions to ensure resourcing meets demand.
Analytics & Insights: Oversee analysis of performance data, maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights on customer health and maturity, rep productivity, conversion rates, delivery progress, and more.
Operational Excellence: Establish process governance, standardization, and playbooks across functions and customer engagement motions to ensure global consistency and scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, GTM Analytics, Business Systems, Data Engineering, and Finance to design and deliver end-to-end GTM processes.

What skills do I need?
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent certifications a plus.
8+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Success, Business Operations, or Consulting (ideally in high-growth SaaS or AI).
Deep expertise in Solutions and customer delivery (customer success, sales engineering, professional services, etc.), segmentation, territory design, and incentive compensation.
Proven track record leading and developing global teams, and influencing at all organizational levels.
Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; ability to design dashboards, reporting, and executive presentations that turn complex data into clear insights.
Strong project management and change skills; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $238,500 - $284,875. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive leadership in IT applications, or a related field, with a deep and primary focus on GTM functions.
8+ years of senior leadership experience in a dynamic, global environment, including a proven track record of managing senior teams and building high-performing, multi-tiered organizations.
Demonstrated experience operating at an executive level as a strategic business partner to C-level GTM leaders (CRO, CMO) within a B2B SaaS company that has scaled significantly (e.g., through the $500M to $2B+ ARR journey).

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
A minimum of 12+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or above) in a product-based, commercialized company. A strong background in investor relations is essential.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial operations in a high-growth, commercialized product-based environment. Experience with SaaS, technology, healthcare, or other product-centric businesses is a plus.

Compensation Range

About the Opportunity
The Regional Operations Director - Field oversees the full operational performance of your assigned region. You will manage a large, distributed field team delivering Enhanced Care Management and community-based care, ensuring your region meets its financial targets, visit expectations, quality standards, and plan-driven requirements.
This role requires a strong operator who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will identify performance gaps early, use data to guide decisions, and work cross-functionally with Product, Central Operations, Quality/Compliance, Finance, and Recruiting to remove barriers and support scale.
You will serve as the operational point of accountability for your region and ensure consistent, reliable, high-quality field execution. This role reports into the SVP of Operations. Internally this role is referred to as Regional General Manager.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing field team (LCMs, RNs, BHCMs), ensuring clear expectations, consistent accountability, and strong performance management
Manage operational and financial performance for your region, including OpEx oversight, productivity, workforce planning, and cost-to-serve targets
Monitor enrollment, caseload distribution, visit volumes, documentation quality, and program adherence to ensure reliable, high-quality execution
Build and maintain regional operating rhythms, dashboards, SOPs, and performance routines that support scale and consistency across the field
Partner closely with Product, Central Operations, Quality/Compliance, Finance, and Recruiting teams to remove operational barriers, improve workflows, and support regional growth

What You'll Need
5-7+ years years of experience leading operations or regional teams in a high-growth, service-delivery environment; healthcare or Medicaid program experience is a strong plus
Experience leading large, distributed field or clinical teams
Proven success managing regional or multi-site operational and financial performance
Strong understanding of Medicaid populations, plan operations, or value-based care models preferred
Data-driven operator with experience using dashboards, metrics, and forecasting to guide decision-making
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing program requirement

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) has executive responsibility for and authority over all facets of Choices' operations. The COO has primarily responsibility for all site operations and works with the CEO on oversight of other administrative functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
