**Knowledge and Experience**
+ 3+ years of experience in DevOps, preferably DevSecOps, or SRE role in an AWS cloud environment.
+ 3+ years' strong experience with configuring, managing, solutioning, and architecting with AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS, ELB, EventBridge, Kinesis, Route53, SNS, SQS, CloudTrail, API Gateway, CloudFront, VPC, TransitGW, IAM, Security Hub, Service Mesh)
+ Python, or Golang proficiency.
+ Proven background of implementing continuous integration, and delivery for projects.
+ A track record of introducing automation to solve administrative and other business as usual tasks.
**Preferred Knowledge and Experience**
The applicant will receive extra consideration if they have some of the following skills and experience:
+ Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

The Data Science Intern will contribute to the development of generative and agentic AI solutions by supporting model experimentation, integration, and research across real-world business use cases.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in advancing GenAI and agentic AI use cases through rapid prototyping, model fine-tuning, and integration with enterprise systems
+ Support the development of applications using LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering
+ Collaborate on research and experimentation in areas such as NLP, RAG, and autonomous agents, while documenting findings and participating in agile workflows

**Knowledge and Experience**

**Internship Program Schedule**
To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:
+ Option 1: May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026
+ Option 2: June 8, 2026 - August 21, 2026
Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.
Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
