Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a guest service environment is required. Communication and computer skills are a must. Basic math skills required. Responsibilities The M Sphere Representative is the front line for the Miccosukee One experience. They are responsible for providing consistent, thorough information to all guests, ensuring accurate data is input and maintained within the Player Tracking System, promoting property amenities and promotions, and encouraging repeat business by providing outstanding service. Players Club Representatives must answer all questions about the property in a positive and complimentary manner. Adhere to the Miccosukee Service Expectations and ensure team compliance Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests. Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests. Maintains a working knowledge of the Company's property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible. Responds to guests' requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly. Possess a working knowledge of area, packages, special features, hours of operation and all outlets of the casino. Assist Marketing Department during outside promotional events such as festivals, trade shows and conventions. Provide information to guests about the Miccosukee One program, promotions, food operations and events for multiple properties. Must be able to accept and respond to constructive criticism for the betterment of the company and company expectations. Prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Work as a team member to ensure a smooth operation. Ensures compliance with all company rules and regulations Must be able to answer general questions about the enterprise via telephone or in person, and be able to direct guests to the different areas of the enterprise. Responsible for creation and maintenance of player accounts by following the system and departmental guidelines. Responsible for informing guests and team members of promotional details and timelines, building excitement and encouraging participation. Responsible for issuance of Vouchers, Tickets and Coupons related to approved promotions by following the approved guidelines. Support the department in conducting all in-house marketing promotions such as monthly giveaways and any sponsorship related events. Ensures that at all times, the working area is well organized and clean. Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job Performs other related duties as assigned The Casino & Resort will function seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We may find it necessary to re-schedule shifts according to our business volume. You must be willing and available to fulfill these demands While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to walk, stand and sit. The associate will occasionally be required to climb and use balance. Additionally, the team member will frequently be asked to use hands and arms carry and lift items.
