**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence**
- Lead all facets of the Miraval Life in Balance Spa including massage, esthetics, salon, fitness, retail, and spa support teams.
- Elevate the guest journey by aligning all service delivery with Forbes standards and Miraval's Life in Balance philosophy.
- Develop and execute long and short term strategies that anticipate industry trends and position the spa as a leader in luxury wellness.
- Drive thoughtful Capital Planning by identifying future needs, forecasting emerging modalities, and presenting clear and strategic growth plans.

- Partner with Marketing and PR to design exciting and elevated activations that support brand visibility and align with PR goals.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings, industry trends, and emerging wellness modalities to keep the spa innovative and relevant.
- Develop compelling service menus, seasonal offerings, and signature experiences that embody Miraval's wellness philosophy and set the spa apart.
**Fitness Programming and Wellness Innovation**
- Oversee the Fitness team and continuously evolve programming to reflect current trends, guest preferences, and Miraval's holistic approach.
- Introduce new modalities, classes, and experiences that enhance guest engagement and drive participation.
- Ensure fitness offerings are safe, innovative, and seamlessly integrated into the broader wellness journey.
The salary range for this position is $116,900 to $181,200. This is the pay range for this position that Park Hyatt Aviara reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
