RICHARD J. BREZSKI is InterDigital’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing the organization’s finance, accounting, audit, tax, treasury, IT and facilities functions, including the company’s internal and external financial reporting and analysis. Mr. Brezski joined InterDigital as Director and Controller in 2003. In 2006, Mr. Brezski was promoted to Sr. Director and in 2007 was appointed Chief Accounting Officer. In 2009, Mr. Brezski was promoted to Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and in 2011 he was appointed to the additional post of Treasurer. In May 2012, Mr. Brezski was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining InterDigital, Mr. Brezski served as an audit manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in PwC’s technology, information, communication and entertainment practice where he provided business advisory and auditing services to product and service companies in the electronics, software and technology industries. Mr. Brezski earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University and an Executive MBA from Hofstra University.

Michael G. Cortino is InterDigital’s Chief Information Officer. He leads global information and digital technology, responsible for infrastructure, applications and information security. He is also responsible for driving a cohesive partnerships between IT and InterDigital’s other functional departments to support global business objectives.

Mr. Cortino joined InterDigital in April 2020, bringing more than twenty years of experience driving large scale IT transformation programs. Mr. Cortino has held leadership positions with Mars Inc., VWR International, Avantor, Johnson Controls (formerly Tyco International), and most recently as Vice President of IT at Tenneco, Inc.

Mr. Cortino earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Economics from Bloomsburg University.

Eric Cohen is a Chief Development Officer at INTERDIGITAL, INC.. He has worked as Senior VP:Corporate Development at DOLBY LABORATORIES, INC.; Board Member at DTS, INC.; and Board Member at 7digital. Eric works or has worked at CREDIT SUISSE GROUP AG and JPMorgan Chase and works or has worked as Managing Director at COWEN INC. and Chairman at Via Licensing. He studied at Stanford University and Brown University in Providence in the State of Rhode Island & Providence Plantat.

Eeva K. Hakoranta is an EVP, Chief Licensing Officer at INTERDIGITAL, INC. and is based in Helsinki Area, Finland. She has worked as Specialist Counsel at Roschier Attorneys; Director, IPR Legal at Nokia; and Global Head of Patent Licensing at Nokia. Eeva attended Helsinki between 1984 and 1989.

William Merritt is a Board Member at Amberwave, Board Member at Shared Spectrum, and President/CEO at InterDigital Inc and is based in Greater Philadelphia Area. He has worked as Senior VP/Secy/Gen Counsel at Interdigital Comm Corp, VP:Legal/Asst Secy at Interdigital Comm Corp, and General Patent Counsel at InterDigital Inc. William studied at Temple University between 1982 and 1986 and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1976 and 1980.
