Daniel is the President and CEO of Interface, Inc. and Chairman of the Board. He joined the Company in 1983 after having worked previously for a national accounting firm. He was promoted to Treasurer of the Company in 1984, Chief Financial Officer in 1985, Vice President-Finance in 1986, Senior Vice President-Finance in 1995, Executive Vice President in 2000, and President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2001. He served as CEO until March 2017, and reassumed the CEO position in January 2020.

Mr. Hendrix served as a director of office technology solutions provider Global Imaging Systems, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, and has served as a director of American Woodmark Corporation since May 2005. With more than 30 years of service at the Company, Mr. Hendrix brings to the Board a unique understanding of our strategies and operations. His experience extends to virtually all aspects of the Company’s business, but with a particular emphasis on strategic planning and financial matters. Bruce Hausmann joined Interface in April 2017 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Bruce leads the company’s global financial operations. He is responsible for overall leadership of Interface’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, financial reporting, and investor relations.

Bruce is a seasoned corporate and operational finance leader with over 25 years of experience in various industries (Technology, Managed Services, Consumer Products, Commercial Industrials) with public, private equity, and venture-backed capital structures.

Before Interface, Bruce was with Aramark Corporation for eight years where he last served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Aramark’s Uniform and Refreshment Services business units. At Aramark, he led a team of 700 financial and operational associates, providing financial leadership and operational management for two profitable lines of business servicing 400,000 customers, with combined annual revenue of more than $2 billion.

Prior to Aramark, Bruce served for seven years at The Walt Disney Company, most recently as Vice President and Segment Controller for the Interactive Media Group. At Disney he oversaw day-to- day financial controllership for operations in 42 countries. Additionally, he was integral in closing seven acquisitions, most of them international.

Bruce started his professional career in Silicon Valley, where he held senior finance positions with four early stage technology start-ups. All four companies were successful, as Bruce played an essential role in helping two get acquired and two with their IPO.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status). He resides with his family in Atlanta.

In his role, Nigel is responsible for setting and leading the company’s growth strategy throughout the EAAA region. This includes driving growth in the core carpet tile and resilient flooring business, while also bringing new offerings to market and delivering supply chain efficiencies. He is also spearheading the Interface Climate Take Back mission focused on reversing global warming and creating a positive impact on the environment.

Since first joining the Interface global project team in 1997, Nigel has gone on to pursue roles in supply chain, research and development, and product, design and innovation. In 2012, Nigel became a member of the global leadership team. Most recently, he held the position of EMEA, President.

Nigel has over 30 years’ experience as a textile technologist, and is an expert in yarn, carpet and carpet manufacturing.

Gregory J. Minano

Greg Minano, Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for all aspects of Interface’s global HR strategy, operations and systems, with a focus on talent development and training, company culture and values, workplace strategy, communications, and global change management. He was named CHRO in February 2020.

Prior to leading global HR, Greg served as VP of Strategy and Integration from 2018-2020. In this role, he led the integration of 2018-acquired nora systems, including organizational realignment, IT systems consolidation, and change management initiatives. Before that, Greg was a key member of the legal team from 2001, eventually assuming the position of VP of Compliance, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. In these roles, Greg earned a deserved reputation as a thoughtful, valuable partner to the business.

During his Interface career, Greg also assumed several interim leadership roles, providing him the opportunity to understand more deeply some of Interface’s most critical commercial and functional operations. He took a five-month assignment in 2017 as Interim President of the Asia-Pacific region, driving the 2018 Strategic Plan and annual budgeting process while in the role. He also led Interface’s IT organization as its Interim CIO from April through October of 2019.

Greg began his career as an attorney at King & Spalding, and first came to Interface in 2001. In 2003, he moved to Mariner Health Care and returned to Interface in 2006.

Greg earned his J.D. at Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Jake Elson

Jake Elson, Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), joined the company in October 2019. He is responsible for continuing to transform and evolve the company’s global technology systems, including its foundational IT infrastructure and the technology platforms that support Interface’s commercial and supply chain teams around the world.

Jake brings more than 20 years of IT leadership and transformation experience to Interface and a holistic view of the entire supply chain from the customer through distribution, supply chain, and manufacturing. He is leveraging this expertise to drive new modern approaches and optimize existing systems to support Interface’s growth objectives.

Prior to joining Interface, Jake was the CIO of Design Group, a $2.6 billion public company in the holiday paper and products space. Before that, he spent 20 years at Kimberly-Clark, the global paper goods manufacturing and marketing company, beginning in the supply chain arena working on complex ERP and technology systems implementations. He then progressed into leadership roles internationally, including serving as regional CIO in Latin America and South Africa.
