    Summary/Objective The purpose of the Regional Sales Director (RSD) role is to grow the company revenue in line with established targets and timelines. Use SyteLine ERP to create, update, and manage job orders, routings, BOMs, and schedules. Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines, optimize capacity, and reduce bottlenecks. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Supervise machinists, operators, leads, and support staff. Assign daily work tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Manage staffing levels, timecards, and attendance. Oversee CNC programming team to ensure accurate and efficient G-code programs are created. Coordinate with engineering/programming to support new product introduction and continuous improvement. Manage the shipping and receiving team to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
