The Machine Shop Manager oversees all day-to-day operations of the machine shop, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards. This role manages personnel, equipment, scheduling, programming, and shipping activities while utilizing the ERP system to plan, track, and optimize workflow. The manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders. Manage staffing levels, timecards, and attendance. Oversee CNC programming team to ensure accurate and efficient G-code programs are created. Coordinate with engineering/programming to support new product introduction and continuous improvement. Manage the shipping and receiving team to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. Ensure shipments go out on time and meet customer specifications. Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures. Work with quality department on non-conformances, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and cycle-time improvements. SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Clinicians to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients through facilitation of group counseling sessions or individual counseling sessions. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.
