Will perform a variety of tasks involved in the assembly of electrical and mechanical force transducers, including soldering using fine gauge solid wire with the use of magnification devices including microscopes. The candidate will maintain a high degree of quality while following set procedures and detailed drawings. Must work individually and as a team as required to achieve production volumes.

Provide personalized supports to criminal justice involved clients who may benefit from meeting with some-one with lived experience to navigate both natural and professional resources in accordance with goals identified in the client's service plan.
Facilitate bimonthly or monthly groups to facilitate skill-building and linkage to community resources.
Assess and address social determinants of health that impact progress toward goals, including intensive facilitation of access to resources and care coordination (including, but not limited to, facilitating connection to primary care, recovery groups, behavioral health homes, medication assisted treatment, and employment).
Utilize coaching, mentoring, and role modeling using lived experience according to established PRSS credentialed practices. Interventions may include, but are not limited to, identifying needs and recovery goals, lessening feelings of isolation, increasing practical knowledge to access supports and resources in the community, exploring continued education and/or employment opportunities, partnering with other healthcare practitioners, and overcoming service barriers.
Peer Recovery Support Specialists work primarily in SAGE offices, but may have the opportunity to work remotely; majority of schedule will be in-person meetings with clients and require some travel across Maricopa County to SAGE clinics and sites. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.
Sign-On Bonus:
BBHE Licensed: $5000
Unlicensed: $3000
Pay:
Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $60,000
Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $62,700
Independent Licensed Clinicians: $64,700
Where will you work?:
SAGE has offices statewide in Arizona - Clinicians are assigned office locations closest to home. All equipment provided.
We are looking for Clinicians in the Phx Metro area!! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!
When will you work?:
Clinicians are Full-Time employees and work non-traditional schedules, including evenings until 9pm on Monday through Thursday.
What do Clinicians do?:
Provide 10-12 therapeutic counseling groups weekly on a variety of topics, including MRT
Clients include adult sexual offenders and those involved in the criminal justice system
Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided
Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as assigned
