JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Web and Digital Interface Designer provides direct support to each of the PEOs and DPEOs, and the PEO PMs, DPMs, and PAPMs designing digital user interfaces for websites. The W&DID develops and tests layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to validate compatibility and usability across browsers or devices. The W&DID uses web framework applications as well as client-side code and processes. The W&DID evaluates web design following web and accessibility standards and analyzes web use metrics and optimizes websites for marketability and search engine ranking. The W&DID designs and tests interfaces that facilitate the human-computer interaction and improve the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design. The W&DID creates graphics used in websites and manages website content and links.
  • Performs functional duties and possesses requisite skills identified above. May perform leading role on projects, may perform supervisory or task lead role leading teams and other employees, performs higher complexity tasks.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ten (10) years of related experience


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional relevant experience


CERTIFICATION(S):

  • MCSA or equivalent
  • IAT Level II certification


CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • Secret Security Clearance


WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Normal Work Environment
