You'll assist with daily tasks, analyze data, and help solve operational challenges. Your work will contribute to projects aimed at improving process flow, efficiency, and product quality. Responsibilities: Will provide support to the live Operations Team Shadowing within the Hatchery: Understanding proper egg handling procedures, vaccinations, transferring, and chick handling. Along with what each employee does in that area. Broilers: Witnessing communication with growers and shadow broiler techs to get a good understanding of their day to day. Gain knowledge on housing and farm conditions/operations. Breeders: Shadow working hands with pullet crews. Get firsthand experience in servicing, vaccinations, and weighing. Feed Mills: Tour the feed mill and see the entire process. Understanding the different types of feed and testing procedures. Observe the Live Haul process overall and help unload trucks.
