**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Enterprise & Strategic Brand Sales Specialist (BSS), you'll work closely with clients and sellers to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust, and show them how IBM's industry-leading solutions will solve their problems while delivering value to their business. Opportunity identification, promoting our TLS offerings, and attaching premium and Expert Care to current and net new opportunities is a priority.
* The BSS role will own the total TLS portfolio at a set of accounts within the market and or GEO required and be expected to identify, own and close transactions.
* The BSS will work within a matrix environment, both within an account team and with TLS to ensure TLS is properly clothed in both standalone deals and larger bundles.
* Expectations are that the BSS will protect current annuity revenue streams by renewing opportunities (or working with a renewal specialist) as well as growing the account from a TLS revenue perspective.
* Pipeline hygiene, conducting regular face-to-face client meetings and hosting QBR's are naturally expected in the role.

What You'll Do:
As a BTS Consultant within the Academy for Services & Consulting, you will be responsible to:
* Successfully complete a 12-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your field team, that enhances your support in the role, a critical customer-facing function within our dynamic Customer Services & Delivery organization.
* Complete a robust 8-week orientation program, followed by three 3-month rotations within our Solution Advisory, Architecture Industry Advisory, and Regional BTS practices; Following this, you will move to a designated Market Unit and provide Subject Matter Expert support in a designated track
* Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.
* Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior PM professional in the field. You will have the opportunity to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.
The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP and the Customer Services & Delivery board area and give you the professional experience to be ready to serve our customers. We offer full-time employment from day one with practical learning application for your role. Upon successful completion of the program, you will move into a direct customer-facing Delivery Excellence Analyst role in your market and continue to receive mentoring and coaching support to accelerate your growth.
What You Bring:
* Qualified candidates MUST have between 2-3 years of functional consulting experience at a consulting firm (Tier one consulting firms preferred); Candidates with more than 3 years of experience cannot be considered, as this program is designated for talent early in their careers

Your role and responsibilities

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this role's listed grade level is $120,000 to $180,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $150,000 to $200,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 70900 - 140200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
