Minimum Caregiver Education & Experience Requirements: Must be registered with the state as a caregiver (must have HCA / Per ID 10 Digit number) Must be 18 years of age or older. Any training required by state law or regulation Six (6) to Twelve (12) months of accumulated experience in a similar job Active CPR certification Covid Vaccination (if available) TB test (within 2 years) Driver's License with Valid car insurance Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Successful completion of appropriate knowledge (competency) assessment. Able to hear, speak and write and read in English (to take notes at Dr. appointments if needed) Bilingual plus. Working Conditions & Physical Effort: Able to constantly travel locally from assignment to assignment. Able to constantly stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and reach freely. Able to constantly grasp with thumb in contrast to fingers of palm, i.e. manipulate pen, knobs or objects. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and/or other potentially infectious or hazardous materials. Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds in order to carry out daily job functions and related activities that may be required.
