Participate in the development and delivery of patient care plans. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding spiritual care. Participate in biweekly interdisciplinary team meetings. Required Qualifications: Endorsement by a recognized religious/spiritual body. Experience in hospice or healthcare chaplaincy. Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills. Understanding of and sensitivity to a diverse patient population and their varied belief systems.
