I like setting my own hours. I can choose the clients I see and the hours I like to work best.

I don't like the confusion that comes sometimes with scheduling and keeping clients.

I like that I can take time off whenever I need it for vacation or a day off for a specific event that might be planned.

As far as homecare companies go, Interim is one of the best!

Did not have great health benefits but it seems many companies no longer have good ones.
