Design Responsibilities
•With guidance, assist in the development and realization of projects as required
•Consistently work within and maintain RBS standards
•With guidance, assist the team in preparing and competing documentation packages as required
•Assist in coordinating the completion of presentation packages, material boards and all other presentation collateral for the team
•Work within and maintain the organization of project folders and materials, adhering to RBS Standards

Qualifications/Skills/Qualities
•Current Student status with GPA of 3.5 or higher

Qualifications

NCIDQ or Well AP not required but preferred
Highly developed skills with AutoCAD and Revit (3 - 5 years used in a professional capacity),
Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop), MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint), MS Project a plus etc.
Demonstrated experience with modeling software (Sketch-up, Studios, Rhino 3-D, etc.)
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

Qualifications

Responsibilities of the Designer include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with project teams to develop the approach for project pursuits, proposals and interviews.

Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Lead charrettes and the generation of design ideas.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent major
Minimum of 6 years experience in designing commercial interior projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
10 years experience in designing commercial interior projects
Excellent Revit and Rendering skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Enscape or other 3D modeling software
Ability to produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents for permit and bid
Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, lighting, and signage
