What will your day look like?
Create visually engaging marketing materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign, ensuring they meet print and digital specifications and adhere to high-quality standards.
Apply UI/UX principles to optimize the usability and aesthetic of marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with the account management team to understand client needs and deliver tailored marketing materials and campaigns.
Assist in creating marketing campaigns and materials that directly support client-facing initiatives.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team and Management to ensure brand consistency across all materials, reflecting Wellworks' current features, services, and technology.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement updates aligned with current marketing strategies.
Maintain and update content on internal portals and CMS platforms.
Work with various departments to manage and maintain the content database for Wellworks Portal features.
Attend department meetings and client meetings via Microsoft Teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of comparable work experience
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must

Your Impact:
Provide leadership in all project phases from initial development to completion and assist in the design and documentation of interior spaces.
