Duties and Responsibilities: Support sales staff by preparing and revising quotes for lighting automation, shades, lighting fixtures, and other “environments” related systems being proposed. Assist clients as they make selections related to motorized shading, automated lighting systems, low-voltage lighting fixtures, and other “environments” related systems. Prepare accurate technical specifications, drawings, and other documentation related to “environments” systems proposed. Support project managers as they work to ensure complete and timely project communication with builders, homeowners, and the company. Ensure that all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies for lighting and shade installations are accurately ordered. Coordinate with project managers to efficiently deliver shade and lighting orders to the project site. Assist assigned tech crews with necessary installation instructions when requested by sales. Assist with proper documentation of any in-process and close-out changes, additions, or deletions to the lighting, shading, and other “environments” projects.
