What you do:
Provides case design sales and technical support to all field and home office associates in all individual distribution systems with matters relating to the sale of life and annuity products in business insurance, estate planning, financial planning, retirement, and other technical cases
Analyzes requests from the field force and department personnel on advanced and complex case problems or advanced markets and presents solutions that can result in increased life or annuity sales.
Prepare illustrations and presentation solutions for advanced sales thru the use of life insurance and annuity illustration software and other supporting software systems (Insmark, etc)
Track activity thru SalesForce to monitor the progress and trends of cases thru the sales process
Consults directly with both the field and internal home office personnel in the preparation of advanced sales presentations and related field support activities, such as providing technical expertise on advanced life insurance & annuity product questions
Provides advanced sales and technical guidance to various home office departments when questions arise on existing insurance plans as well as home office procedures.

About EPX at DLR Group:
Each person who works at DLR Group has a design voice, and we can't wait to help you define and amplify yours. Position Summary:
As a DLR Group Summer Intern, you will be an important part of our integrated design team and will help produce designs for commercial, educational, and municipal buildings of all sizes and complexities. Our Summer Internship Program is a paid, full-time opportunity running from May 21 through August 7, 2025. We expect interns to participate throughout the duration of the program. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn and contribute your design voice to our brand promise of Elevating the Human Experience.
What you will do:
Collaborate with other design team members in the integrated design process for various projects
Develop skills in primary design tools such as Revit, Enscape, and proprietary DLR Group design methods
Prepare presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite to support project needs
Contribute to material selection and mood board composition for various project types
Support project pursuits and business development opportunities through active involvement
Engage in project meetings, site meetings, and presentations to ensure effective communication
Gain hands-on experience with construction documentation and related processes
Assist in maintaining material libraries and cultivate strong relationships with material vendors
Required Qualifications:
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, specializing in InteriorDesign or Interior Architecture (accredited university strongly preferred)
Completed 3 years of design education prior to the start of the internship
Experience with Revit
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or other design software
Experience with Mural (visual collaboration software)
Excellent visual, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Previous internship/commercial design experience

Job Description
Olsson's Rail Signal experts provide clients with a single resource for services such as traffic signal preemption design, grade crossing safety design, traffic operations studies, and other related services. The Rail Signal team focuses on providing crossing and wayside signal design services for the Rail Sector.
As an Entry-Level Designer on the Rail Signal team, you will undertake a range of drafting and design tasks aimed at developing your knowledge and experience with engineering personnel, methods, practices, and software, all under direct supervision. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical staff to identify optimal solutions for engineering and design requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with basic computer-aided design operations including, but not limited to, annotation, red line corrections, and plan publishing
Use design software programs to draft plans or incorporate information from past, current, and ongoing projects into models
Perform engineering support tasks such as gathering data, updating and maintaining computer files, preparing copies of drawings, and documenting design changes
Include essential information in project production sheets, such as dimension and layout plans, title sheets, and detail sheets
Obtain initial instructions or direction from a supervisor or project manager, as all work requires supervisory approval
