You will leverage DiSabatino's established book of business, collaborate with an experienced team of Sales Designers, and guide clients through a thoughtful, high-touch sales process supported by design and construction expertise. Compensation Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 (depending on experience) Commission: Earned on collected sales above an established salary goal Comprehensive Benefits Package available after 60 days Established top performers can earn $200,000-$250,000+ annually. Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for residential clients, building trust through a high-touch, relationship-based sales approach. Respond quickly to inbound leads with a strong focus on speed to the lead and consistent follow-up. Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through close, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks. Conduct in-home consultations for residential renovation and addition projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home improvements. Apply construction knowledge to confidently discuss scope, feasibility, and solutions with homeowners. Support the design process by visualizing concepts, sketching ideas, and helping clients “see” the final outcome. Collaborate with project teams and fellow Sales Designers to ensure alignment between sales, design intent, and construction execution. Maintain organized tracking of leads, follow-ups, and client communications throughout the sales pipeline. Participate in ongoing learning, collaboration, and peer support within a team of experienced Sales Designers. Qualifications: Approximately 5 years of experience in residential sales, construction sales, design-build, or a related field. Proven sales performance with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals. Deep understanding of residential construction, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions. Some design capability with the ability to visualize ideas and communicate concepts; stronger design backgrounds are a plus, but not required on day one. Experience with CRM and construction/design software such as Salesforce, Buildertrend, Chief Architect, or 20/20 Design is a plus. Confidence working directly with homeowners in a consultative, relationship-driven environment. Strong follow-up discipline, time management skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced role. The Visual Merchandiser also contributes to the profitability of the store with their merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts. Essential Functions: Maintain visual displays independently and/or execute the design decisions of another. Responsible for supporting and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will encourage customers and help stimulate sales activity. Serve as store's brand gatekeeper, ensuring that the image and style of the company is projected at all times. Be proactive and assist with inventory functions. Assist with shipping, receiving and ticketing processes. Communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language. Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time and maneuver effectively around store and store property. Must be able to push, lift, and carry weights 20 to 50 pounds. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Must have high school diploma or GED. Must be self-starter and ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions. Must be detailed oriented.
