You will work closely with Jane Miller, IIDA, Interior Design Practice Group Leader and Andrea Wright, IIDA, Senior Interior Designer. As an Interior Designer at ISG, you will be responsible for collaborating on projects from schematic design and design development through construction documents and construction administration. Your role and responsibilities will vary from project-to-project, including, but not limited to, developing precedent image presentations, 3D renderings, finish floor plans, elevations and details, space planning, finish palettes, and furniture specifications, all the while working within the project scope, timeline, budget, and fee structure. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, vendors and other ISG team members to deliver projects.
The Interior Design team supports many of our growing business units, including Commercial, Education, Government + Cultural, Healthcare, Residential + Mixed Use, Public Works, and Sports + Recreation. You will work on a variety of project types ranging in size and complexity, such as PreK-12 schools, corporate buildings, workspaces, medical facilities, houses of worship, civil buildings, athletic stadiums, housing complexes, and retail environments. As a valuable team member, you will possess a high level of creativity and attention to detail, listen first and be a strong communicator, take personal initiative and collaborate with others to develop solutions, and bring a positive mindset to every project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Leads or assists interior designers with the development of design solutions within constraints of client goals, budgets, and codes
Utilize Revit and other programs to create and assist with designs
Research and select appropriate material selections while maintaining resource library
Work with all internal disciplines and external consultants to complete project objectives
Participate in client meetings and demonstrate an understanding of projects, goals, and expectations

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of Interior Design experience, preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
Experience with Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign is preferred
Knowledge of the design process, including furniture and specifications, color, and materials

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-directed and can work independently with minimal supervision

General Function

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Designs and fills customer orders.
Understands the basics of floral products, care, and handling.
Inventories product, cares for damaged product, and replaces where necessary.
Ensures floral products are fresh.
Understands proper packaging techniques for completed floral arrangements.
Keeps the floral work area clean and tidy.
Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
Performs miscellaneous other duties as necessary.

Must be customer service driven and able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Education and Experience:

Must be able to perform light to moderate physical work; exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

+ Create and manage Revit families, templates, filters, and worksets to support project-specific needs and align with company standards.

We are seeking an experienced Design Associate that performs complex drafting assignments requiring the application of standardized techniques. The design associate works independently and may direct efforts of less experienced staff. This position has diversified design experience, an ability to perform work of a greater complexity, and recommends design techniques and minor design changes to ensure the best approach to solve engineering and design needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain structural LOD 200-400 BIM models in Autodesk Revit, including beams, columns, foundations, walls, and other key components.
* Prepare and update structural drawings, layouts, specifications, details, and schedules for design and construction documentation.
* Create and manage Revit families, templates, filters, and worksets to support project-specific needs and align with company standards.
* Collaborate with civil and process teams to integrate models across platforms such as Civil 3D and Plant 3D.
* Export models to RISA 3D and support structural analysis workflows.
* Generate accurate quantity takeoffs from BIM models to support cost estimation.
* Ensure all models and drawings comply with project requirements, codes (IBC, OSHA, PIP), and company standards.
* Maintain revision control of BIM models and drawing sets, and lead efforts in routing and transmittal of drawings using Bluebeam.
* Conduct quality reviews of models and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
* Participate in project coordination meetings and conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and support issue resolution.
* Assist in the development of as-built models using 3D point cloud scans.
* Stay current with emerging design tools and techniques to enhance project delivery.
* Work closely with engineers in a collaborative, iterative design process.
* Provide training and mentorship to team members in BIM software and workflows.
* May supervise and review work of less experienced staff.
* May be required to work in various terrain and weather conditions on active construction sites.

This is not a Field Superintendent or on-site trade-crew manager role.

The Internal Project Manager (IPM) plays a critical role in delivering a seamless home-building experience for our clients. What Youll Do
Client Communication & Relationship Management (~30%)
