For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually.

In this role, youll be reporting to the Senior Product Manager with a hybrid working schedule between our Fairfield, NJ location and home office.
What You'll Be Doing
Cultivate Vendor Partnerships
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers while creating new relationships to diversify product offerings.
Plan and manage the annual schedule of vendor meetings, both virtual and in-person.
Troubleshoot with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
Negotiate & Ensure Compliance
Negotiate preliminary pricing and terms
Work with Supply Chain to qualify new specifications and pricing.
Ensure compliance with current vendor agreements and collection quotas.
Finalize supplier agreements and collaborate on product diversification strategies
Bring Concepts to Life
Attend trend presentations and tradeshows, drawing insights for future design
Seek inspiration from travel, art, and culture to fuel innovative concepts.
Research color trends, styles, and techniques to meet market needs or spark new demand.
Analyze category sales and market trends to inform collection direction.
Develop and present new product ideas to the designer and sr designer aligned with seasonal themes.
Collaborate with senior designers to innovate wallcovering collections.
Commission, purchase, or create artwork by hand and through design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, AVA).
Partner with suppliers to obtain prototypes and refine concepts.
Work with Marketing to create the story of each collection.
Drive Development & Approval
Generate color palettes and request strike-offs that align with seasonal themes.
Collaborate with mills and suppliers to ensure color consistency and product specifications.
Prepare sign-off packages with rationale, palettes, specifications, and budgets for leadership approval.
Manage timelines, milestones, and interdepartmental deliverables to keep collections on track.
Ensure accuracy in WFX PLM, purchase orders, and production files.
Anticipate operational needs such as packaging, warehousing, and quality assurance guidelines.
Partner with Quality Control and installers to evaluate product performance and create hanging instructions.
Collaborate with Marketing to creative impactful sales tools for the sales representatives
Maintain seasonal training presentations and provide product presentations to internal teams with anticipating client questions to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right tools.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor of Fine Arts or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in design related field
Proficiency in design software Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & AVA Cadcam
Background in painting or drawing
Experience collaborating across departments and with external suppliers.
Detail-oriented project management skills with a focus on accuracy and timelines.
