We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing contract documents, developing 3D BIM models, and managing various aspects of model layout and coordination. Responsibilities * Review contract documents to provide bid estimates.
* Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations to develop detailed submittal drawings.
* Develop 3D BIM models for structures, building components, cladding, or panel facades.
* Manage all aspects of model layout, input, coordination, submittal drawing creation, and as-built documentation for assigned projects.
* Train a team of Revit modelers.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
* Strong skills in 3D modeling.
* Solid understanding of architecture and construction documents.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Associate's degree in architectural drafting or related field.
* Experience with Revit.
* 3+ years of experience with BIM modeling.
