This position in intended for a confident, experienced designer who can immediately be client facing, lead finish selection meetings, and represent the firm in owner presentations. Primary Responsibilities
Lead client meetings for interior finish selections and space planning
Develop interior layouts, finish plans, and furniture layouts for commercial facilities
Select interior materials, finishes, and fixture
Prepare presentation materials for owners, boards, and municipal committees
Coordinate directly with in-house architects, contracted engineering partners, and construction staff under the SLI design-build team
Produce construction-ready drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
Participate in value engineering and budget coordination

Produce or assist in the development of interior renderings for client presentations
Required Skills
A bachelor's degree in interiordesign with NCIDQ eligibility certification is preferred

Job Description
Assist Designer with Product material research & presentation preparations
Communicating with vendors to order samples and schedule product meetings
Maintain design library
Assist on site measurements & preparing floor plans & elevations in CAD for Project Submittals
Miscellaneous general office / Administrative tasks
Attend job sites visits or participate in photo shoot
Qualifications
