OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Promotes visual merchandising excellence in assigned store location through understanding of brand strategies, gameplan integrity and thoughtful merchandising. Solves merchandising opportunities based on architecture, inventory, selldown and individual store unique floorplan. Makes adjustments needed to maintain strategies, and create inspiring presentations.
Supports store team with major gameplan sets by understanding merchandising strategies and ensure game plan integrity. Partners with store team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives. Remerchandises product to maximize sales and reacts to trends, weather and inventory levels.
Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance with company directives. Oversee and maintain daily standards of all mannequins, forms, displays and strikepoints. Focusing on Head-To-Toe merchandising, outfitting, accessorizing, newness and trend, to promote and build the basket.
Has a strong understanding of trend and style that is reflective through merchandising. Utilizes merchandising best practices to maximize space and inventory variability.
Partners with Field Visual Merchandiser and provides feedback relevant on store, merchandising, In-store displays, product and inventory best practices.
Conduct weekly store tours with Store Manager and ASM Apparel focused on visual priorities for the week/month. Participates in conference calls with Field Visual Merchandiser on visual priorities and initiatives.
Evaluates and understands store KPIs to make commercial decisions and recommendations based on sound financial judgment in order to drive sales, margin and turns.
Engage in behaviors that are in line with Company's customer service standards, thus providing all athletes with an outstanding store experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising
1-3 years experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably in softlines)
A demonstrated understanding of customer and retail merchandising strategies
Strong problem solving skills based on analytics
Ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and working independently
Ability to demonstrate strong conflict management skills and negotiate to resolution
Knowledge of customer service principles
Targeted Pay Range: $47,300.00 - $78,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Job Description
MCG Visual Merchandiser
will be responsible for undressing and redressing bust forms and mannequins to mirror the tailored looks in the provided styling guide. This requires close attention to detail, lifting of bust forms/mannequins, and the building of positive relationships with store management and associates.
Job Responsibilities:
Undress/redress bust forms and mannequins
Manage the retail floor visuals through merchandising, stock replenishment, and display maintenance
Follow store policies, including signing in and dress code adherence
Provide photos and market intelligence on product placement and visual/fixture presentations
Job Requirements:
Prior merchandising and visuals experience; retail experience a plus
Ability to undress and redress mannequins in a timely manner
Ability to take/upload approximately 50-75 photos after completing a store visit
Ability to climb ladders and move up to 25 pounds
Pinning/resizing garments to create a natural tailored look is a must
Close attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Computer, high-speed internet access, printer and email.
Reliable Transportation
Must pass background check

Assist residential and commercial sales managers with design, documentation, and selections related to lighting, shades, and other environments related systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support sales staff by preparing and revising quotes for lighting automation, shades, lighting fixtures, and other environments related systems being proposed.
Assist clients as they make selections related to motorized shading, automated lighting systems, low-voltage lighting fixtures, and other environments related systems.
Prepare accurate technical specifications, drawings, and other documentation related to environments systems proposed.
Support project managers as they work to ensure complete and timely project communication with builders, homeowners, and the company.
Ensure that all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies for lighting and shade installations are accurately ordered.
Coordinate with project managers to efficiently deliver shade and lighting orders to the project site.
Assist assigned tech crews with necessary installation instructions when requested by sales.
Assist with proper documentation of any in-process and close-out changes, additions, or deletions to the lighting, shading, and other environments projects.
Independently develop new lighting/shading clients where possible
