Apply and perform Rosendin standards for wire sizing, transformer feeders, and protection from published schedules. Calculate power loads, size feeders, and determine the estimated demand load summary for a distribution system under the direction of a Sr. Designer or an Engineer. Direct and coordinate signal and low voltage subcontractors with other trades, such as architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, kitchen equipment, and OFCI systems. Create details as required to define installation for construction. Provide the design lead function for small jobs. Ability to review manufacturer submittals for electrical characteristics. Direct and coordinate signal and low voltage subcontractors with other trades, such as architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, kitchen equipment, and OFCI systems.
