Reports To: Director of Design, Development, & Project Management Contract Length: January - December, 2026 Job Summary: The Virtual Arkansas Alignment & Assessment Designer serves as the project's standards alignment and assessment specialist. Working alongside the Content Designer and Developer from the initial planning phase, this role ensures that course content aligns tightly to the Arkansas Curriculum Frameworks and that all assessments reflect appropriate rigor, DOK levels, and expectations found on standardized assessments such as ATLAS, ACT, and SAT. The Alignment & Assessment Designer creates high-quality assessment items and contributes to a coherent instructional and assessment system that supports strong student learning outcomes.
