Role Overview:
We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team and help bring the DryWater brand to life across digital, ecommerce, and retail touchpoints. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong focus on designing high-performing digital ads for paid social platforms.
You'll work closely with our Creative and Growth teams to concept, design, and iterate on visual assets that drive engagement, performance, and brand consistency-while gaining exposure across multiple parts of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Concept, design, and produce high-volume digital ad creative for paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Translate DryWater's brand identity into compelling, scroll-stopping ad formats
• Design visual assets for ecommerce product pages and website imagery to support storytelling and conversion
• Create creative assets for email campaigns, retail environments, and field activations as needed
• Ensure visual consistency and high design standards across all brand touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting timelines, briefs, and creative goals
What You'll Bring:
• 1-2 years of design experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion tools a plus)

The Essentials:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position
Eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience in full-time architectural CAD/REVIT drafting and construction documentation processes, with three or more years' experience in commercial design project involvement required. Project design experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, etc.) at the highest working knowledge, required

The candidate will assist the Job Captain in the production of construction documents from cartoon set, prepare all general project data sheets, dimension all plans, note & reference all materials & products, draw undeveloped building & wall sections, assemble project details, apply applicable code requirements, and assist with back check. They will also assist with plan check corrections and consultant coordination, transferring hand sketched unit floor plans and elevations into Revit, and assist the PM or JC with services during construction (issue ASI's, RFI's, and review shop drawings). We also prize good hand drawing skills, but require tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop to present our work. A Technical Designer will also support Senior Designers with graphics, 3D modeling, presentations, and design studies.
Qualifications:
* Multi-family experience preferred
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years Revit experience
* Working knowledge of building construction Types I, III and V.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize & multi-task
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred
* On track to be licensed

The Technical Designer will be working in our Irvine Office. We offer a schedule of working three days in the office and the remaining two days working from home.
Salary Range:
$28.00 - $38.00/hour ($58,240 - $79,040/yearly)

Your Role
As a Summer InteriorDesign Intern in Gensler's San Diego office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.
This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.
What You Will Do
You will have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Design Studios and work on interiors projects as a fully collaborative member of a design team, participating in design charrettes to help define strategic goals for our clients, large or small.
Hands-on learning and collaboration with designers, architects, directors, and managers to plan, design, develop and gain real-world experience working with clients across a spectrum of industries and locations.

Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings and technical drawings

Your Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in InteriorDesign; CIDA accredited program highly preferred
You have completed your third year of an undergraduate program or first year of a graduate program and are returning to your program post-internship. This internship is not for recent graduates.
Experience using Revit and Rhino/Sketchup is required; AutoCAD and other 3D modeling software is a plus
3D computer rendering skills (Enscape, V-ray and others)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and Bluebeam
Hand sketching and physical modelling ability a plus
