About the Role
The Experiential / Architectural Project Designer is responsible for creating immersive, one-of-a-kind physical environments and experiences by integrating architecture, art, interior design, art direction, and technology to guide and engage people, fostering unique and memorable interactions within all its performance spaces, restaurants and bars. They serve as a multidisciplinary team member, collaborating with outside architects, engineers and vendors to develop architectural plans, renderings, and cohesive, story-driven environments that leave a lasting impression.
The Experiential / Architectural Project Designer will be a key member of our internal creative team based in Las Vegas. In this role, they will work closely with executive leadership and the creative team to help incubate new projects from ideation, into development and through construction. This position reports to the Senior VP of Production, Design and Development. The salary for this full-time position is $125,000/year.
What You'll Do
Develop and champion design concepts rooted in theatrical storytelling, immersive experience, and operational functionality.
Translate abstract creative briefs and production narratives into cohesive, buildable design strategies across a range of typologies: theaters, restaurants, lounges, artistic installations, and public spaces.
Coordination and integration of architectural elements, interior designs, scenic and technical elements across projects, maintaining alignment with Spiegelworld's aesthetic and brand.

Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in architecture, experiential design, art and interior design with a focus in entertainment and hospitality.

Strategic Leadership
Responsible for all Show lighting design and creative integration with the scenic, visual content and look and feel of the client or event brand.
Deliver innovative, visually stunning lighting designs that enhance the dramatic narrative for theatre and optimize visual quality for broadcast, streaming, in multi-camera environments, and in post-event content.
Develop and oversee lighting system's technical and artistic direction, focusing on artistic interpretation, and meticulously managing color temperature, light levels, and CRI for optimal camera looks.
Lead the lighting design process, guiding the team in developing detailed light plots, cue sheets for the Stage Manager and others, and comprehensive cue stacks for live stage work, plus define clear key, fill, and back light setups for principal broadcast positions.
Contribute supporting input on scenic/production design elements critical for achieving theatrical effects and managing light spill/reflectivity for the camera. This includes collaborating with the Media Producer for scenic media.
Lead execution, guiding the team through fixture preparation, and artistic focusing, and working with the Lighting vendors to confirm they are managing the technical integrity of the rig for consistent, flicker-free performance across both mediums.
Attend site surveys and from that create the lighting bid package, coordinate the shop prep and direct the pre-light/pre-vis programming.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, including the Master Electrician, Lighting Programmer-and, when required, Gaffers familiar with both stage and studio practices-for the install, focus and programming,

Client Relationship Management
Work in concert with the rest of the Live Production and Broadcasting team onsite and those working remotely, and specifically build and maintain strong relationships with the Director, Producer, Stage Management, and Camera/Video Engineers, acting as the primary point of contact for all illumination requirements.
Proactively address creative and technical challenges related to fixture reliability, complex light states, and solving issues that affect camera exposure, color fidelity, and performer visibility on both stage and screen.
Present detailed lighting plots, visualizations, and cue descriptions to stakeholders, communicating artistic intent and technical compliance for both live audiences and recording platforms.
Business Development
Contribute to new business opportunities by showcasing the company's high-caliber design portfolio in sophisticated theatrical lighting and professional, high-definition broadcast/streaming environments.

* Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines (In-direct)

Visual & Commercial Execution
* Execute the visual & commercial curation & styling for the store based on commercial calendar, allocation, store activation plan and fashion trends according to mood boards and direction from the visual & commercial guidelines
* Carry out sample picking best practice routines including stockroom garment quantities, accessories, and shoes to ensure you create clear trends and stories according to inspiration from the visual & commercial guidelines
* Secure window & styling execution according to visual & commercial guidelines to create inspirational and commercial customer experience
* Provide good customer flow by maintaining commercial layout, fixtures, to secure the best trend story placement
* Secure a strong balance and the maintenance of price signs in windows and throughout the store following guidelines according to Global strategy and Sales Market requirements
* In collaboration with Facilities Management ensure all lighting is working correctly, aimed to highlight our products and display forms in windows and throughout the store
* Maintain and care for all display forms and interior material (fixtures & fittings) with sustainability in mind
* In collaboration with Area Visual Manager ensure your store navigation is maintained and kept up to date according to latest guidelines and store layout
* Ensure your store has enough quantities of sale and other activity including POS material according to local routines
* Keep sales floor and back of house clean, organized, and safe according to local security guidelines

Spiegelworld is looking for an On Call Lighting Technician to join the team at DiscoShow at the LINQ in Las Vegas. The On Call Lighting Technician supports the lighting team in maintenance, inspection, and operation of the lighting equipment onsite according to company policies. This position reports to the Production Manager. This is an on-call position so the schedule will vary based on the team's needs that pays $39/hour.
What You'll Do
Support the team with day to day operation of lighting and video equipment and consoles.
Assist in inspecting and maintaining lighting equipment to ensure safe and consistent operation, including cleaning and routine maintenance.
